I grab a ticket on the concert date. The seller transferred the ticket within an hour, processing was convenient. I entered the concert venue successfully. The seat was incredibly convenient, it was in some first rows of the section, right at entrance so I could see everything clearly and got out of the venue immediately after concert ended. It was my first time buying ticket on Viagogo and it worked out to me. Recommend!

I recently purchased a ticket for Ye in madrid about 4 weeks before the concert and got an email from them telling me the ticket was invalid the day before the concert, they promised to provide me a valid ticket before the event but only an hour before the concert did i receive a link to download a new ticket in a different section that what i previously bought a ticket for. Ended up buying a ticket on the official site as i could not take that chance of downloading another invalid ticket. I would definitely stay away from sites like Viagogo and other resell sites, they might have cheap tickets but the risk of it being invalid is too high and the notice sent by them was far too late. Dont take the risk of missing a concert of a lifetime.

Not bought resale tickets before but have sold them and was a bit nervous as you year so many things that could go wrong. It didn’t! Simple and smooth transaction with the tickets in my Ticketmaster app within minutes. Bruno Mars was amazing! Really happy I got to go and see him.

It's the third time I go to big concerts with viagogo. I went to Billie Eilish, Bad Bunny and BTS. All went very well!! I think it's important to give reviews when it goes well too bc otherwise you only see the negative comments. But viagogo has been good for me. Obviously it would be nicer if they could stop buying the original tickets so we could get them in real price but I guess that reselling culture is never gonna stop.

Cheaper than other websites like StubHub and geek seek etc.. and reliable as well. My experience was very good.

No issues. I got my tickets almost instantly. I hate resale prices and I hate resellers but the experience was seamless

I ordered tickets to see SIX The Musical in Orlando. The viagogo.com ticket ordering process was easy, the seats were fine, and the show was GREAT!

But the surprise alert from my credit card company was NOT good. The viagogo charge originated in CZECH REPUBLIC! And credit card companies usually charge an extra fee for international transactions.

If I'm in Florida buying tickets for a show in Florida from a company registered in Delaware, why would the CZECH REPUBLIC be getting my money?!?

Bought The Weeknd tickets for the Copenhagen concert and was very nervous when I didn’t receive the tickets right away and saw the comments on here but I got the tickets some weeks before and just got in now smooth and effortlessly! Good price for the tickets too!

First time using Viagogo instead of Stubhub. Same ticket was slightly less money, and just as easy to purchase. Fees are less than Stubhub but crazy expensive for both the seller and purchaser.

Bought a ticket to Metallica concert in Bucharest. Spent money on plane tickets, accomodation there, and at the event I was denied entry at the event because the ticket I bought from VIAGOGO was FAKE!!!!!!
How can a website like this facilitate selling fake tickets? who will ever compensate me for my flight, for my hotel, and for missing the concert?

A very dishonest company that doesn't send the buyer's email until the last minute because there is no buyer. They assure you that they will pay for your ticket. Then, a few days later, they deduct a fine from your account and make a non-commitment to the sale. None of them are responsible. If you want to be at ease, even delete this company's app from your phone.

Ordered the ticket 2 hours before the event. Arrived by email in 10 minutes
