I placed an order 10 days ago, money was taken from my account but I received no email confirmation of the order. I emailed to ask, but noone has replied in the 10 days.

I ordered 5 records on June 30. It appears the order has not yet been shipped.
According to the catalog, however, the records are supposed to be delivered within 5–12 business days.
I have sent three emails inquiring about the order, but have received no response other than the confirmation of receipt.
The communication issue has now been resolved. There were some issues with the emails. Once we finally got in touch, the communication was friendly and professional.
Most of the records have already arrived today.

Ordered Monday, got it Wednesday - not that much more to say

I've made numerous purchases with Vinylpladen - around 30 vinyls in total across multiple orders. Their delivery can be slow - certainly slower than what's advertised on their website - but generally things are ok. That is, until something isn't right.

One of the vinyls I purchased was damaged. I reported this to the company and they asked me to return it. This was almost a month ago. There's been an exchange of 11 emails since the issue was reported. I'm still yet to hear back from them on whether or not they confirm the defect and when a replacement will be sent. I've had to send multiple emails asking for updates. This is an unacceptable wait, and shows that the moment something goes wrong - this company cannot be trusted to resolve it quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately, that puts me off purchasing again knowing this, so I will shop elsewhere in the future.

I will update this review once the issue is finally resolved - whenever that may be.

Vinylpladen.com deserves a 5/5 star review I’ve ordered from them 5 times now with no issues at all. Their customer service is amazing and when I send them an email they answered me the same day. I also love that you get a free sleeve for each vinyl you order.

One vinyl record was damaged and I was ripped off on the shipping cost. 1 star this time.

Ordered two vinyl’s for my girlfriend’s birthday. It says 4-12 days on the website. It has been 18. Customer support doesn’t answer, they don’t answer on Facebook. Find another alternative because these people leave you in the dark.

Just spoke to the store over phone and reassured me they will order it from another provider which seems promising!

The shopping was great, tho the vinyl is skipping really badly and it’s impossible to listen to, I’ve tried to contact the company but I’ve got no response :(

Delivery time 1-2 days? DO NOT TRUST THAT.

I've placed two orders with them and my experince has been amazing.

I reached out to them to ask if I could add another record to my purchase and they fixed that without any problems.

Moreover, they also informed me of the status of my order and when I can expect it without me having to ask.

Even though I had a problem with a faulty vinyl, I exchanged it with no problem for one in good conditions. The company paid for the mail fees and I had my new vinyl in three days. Excellent support service too. Would recommend.

I was charged extra for a delivery service that never arrived. They made me lose a day of work waiting for the package but it never showed up. I call and he tells me to contact the courier store, they do not provide help or solutions

I cannot stress enough, this is the best record shop in Denmark! Huge selection of new and used vinyl, accurate grading, super fast delivery, great protective packaging and mind reading abilities :)
I have two separate open orders, ordered for split delivery and both have items that I have to wait for to arrive from wherever they are birthed, and I was just thinking how nice it would be if they put in one package whatever is ready from both orders, and that's exactly what they did. Opening the box with 11 records instead of 3 that I expected- absolute bliss! True professionals!

It would be great if there was a possibility to make an account on the website, for easier tracking, wish list etc (yup, just like discogs, I know :)
Never mind that, I love you vinylpladen, and I will be back again and again!
