I got exactly what I paid for and in good time. There were three large packets for my four items -- but I understood that this is because they were sent from three different warehouses. The products did slide about inside the boxes, but were not damaged by this.

A broken item was sent twice
Unfortunately, I received a broken item and filed a complaint asking to exchange it for a new one. And for some reason, they sent me a new broken item again. On the pros, customer support was quick in responding and made a refund pretty quickly.
