Disappointment

After doing a click and collect order I received 4 items out of 23 even though on line it said the items where available
1 item was a ball of wool which was a different colour there was a deal 3 for £5 only received 2 so didn’t receive the offer

Terrible online aftercare

The furniture was easy to assemble. However, one of the cushions arrived marked, mouldy and unusable. As this was an online delivery, in store could not help, online chat and email has been a nightmare, and to date has not resolved the issue after 3 attempts, a pickup was arranged to return the affected cushion, but the drivers were expecting to be collecting the whole set and were rude and dismissive. To date we have not heard if the item was successful returned or if a replacement is on the way, it does not even seem possible to buy replacement or additional cushions for this particular set of furniture

Do not order from them

Ordered a kayak which it said was in stock, had an email saying it would be delivered within 4 days or so but then it didn't arrive, thats when the problems started.
Emailed customer care, had an automated reply, then got an email which was pre written saying someone was looking I to it. Finally got a response say8ng they would look into it, then after another 4 or 5 days I gave up and cancelled my order. After another 4 days I emailed to try and find our what was happening. Still haven't had my money back or had any kind of communication.

Leighton Buzzard store were brilliant

Leighton Buzzard store were brilliant, we ordered for click and collect, the store sorted the order ready for collect the very next day. No problems at all!

BUT, we ordered the same day from Milton Keynes store for some paving that weren’t available elsewhere and it said it was in stock. Waited a few days, heard nothing, so contacted customer services, was pushed from one person to another for over a week, nobody helping whatsoever. Until my husband went into the store to speak to someone, they knew nothing, the women on the tills were rude. The manager was useless & they just wanted to cancel the order but my husband said no, we want what we paid for. Was told they’d have to reorder so my husband stood there and told him to reorder while he was there, he did, much to his displeasure saying it’ll take a week,
Very next day we had a email to collect our order. Husband goes a couple of days later, they couldn’t find the order in store - fumbled about until finally someone told him to go round to collect - the depot out back couldn’t find the order, looked for ages then finally found it under other things, upon putting slabs in car, one was broken on edge but my husband had literally had enough by then that he took it anyway. God only knows what would’ve happened if he’d said he didn’t want it as it was broken!! Milton Keynes store is absolutely terrible!! Avoid click and collect! We won’t go there ever again.

The order sometimes is delivered on different dates.

The only reason for a 4 star rating is once again the order came in 2 parts, with 2 different companies. Although I'd been given a delivery date of on or before ect. I really was left guessing as to when the order would actually arrive. I do thank you however has the first was only 2 days after placing the order and the second via post came yesterday 3 days before the delivery date given. So the service on both was excellent I just would have liked an exact date of delivery with at least a 2hour slot given. I am extremely deaf so I don't always hear the door. Because of this and to make couriers lives easy I leave a note on door to ring the door bell and wait or to leave in my safe place, Im rarely out( Im also dis abled). Some drivers however can't read they tap on the door and leave parcel in full view of the road on the door step.

Great service.

Easy to order. Great price, good communication and next day delivery to store ready for collection. The plant pot I ordered is exactly as pictured and described. Very pleased with my order.

My order was never delivered and the worst customer service

My order was never delivered. The customer service is non existent, you are supposed to be contacting them via email but they don’t answer the messages, I had to write at least 3 different letters to finally get an answer and after I got the answer telling me that I will be getting a refund, I didn’t get anything. I had to raise it with my bank 🏦 to get my money back.
This is a nightmare.

This company is a scam it is impossible…

This company is a scam it is impossible to get a refund. I have now had to raise a dispute with the bank after several emails, failure for them to collect refund and refusal to take the item back at the range as stated on their website. The item did not match advertised description and is useless. Please beware if you buy, there is no way of returning and no customer service help.

Nice products, slow delivery!

Found some garden chairs we liked in the local store and so ordered some for home delivery. Process was pretty smooth although waiting two weeks for delivery of an in stock item seems a long time when compared to the competition! Delivered on the day they said they would, well packaged and in great condition.

Were it not for delivery time this would be 5 stars.

Rubbish customer service

Rubbish customer service, offered me refund in an email as received bad product then refused to give it to me when I politely replied expected this offer. Spent hours emailing back and fourth send video evidence and nothing.
