Purchased the 45-Min Adrenaline Tubing voucher through Wowcher and had a brilliant time. The voucher code was emailed almost instantly, and redeeming it with the activity provider was quick and hassle-free. Excellent value for money—would definitely recommend!

Would leave 0 stars if an option. Ordered Solar eclipse glasses on Monday 10 August. Website said they would be delivered on 12 Aug. As of today (20 August) nothing has been delivered. They claim it was delivered but offer no evidence. Wasting time talking to AI. Absolutely useless would never use again as they seem to like taking money under false pretences and allow no direct communication. AWFUL

I paid to Wowcher they are saying my contract is with the merchant
I bought vouchers for a holiday on Wowcher. Long story short. I paid holiday for 2, I got nothing.
The merchant ignores my e-mails and refund requests.
Wowcher just washing hands saying it’s on the merchant, only forwarding my e-mails to the merchant what I send to Wowcher about merchant doing nothing.
It’s been going on for more than 2 months, my holiday was supposed to be 6 weeks ago.
