Order Marked as Delivered, but Never Received
I ordered a pair of headphones from this store. The delivery company failed to deliver them for three weeks, even though the stated delivery time was two days.
When we finally managed to reach the delivery company for the third time, they told us that my headphones had been damaged and would not be delivered. They told me to contact the online store directly.
I contacted 24.se customer support, but they replied that my parcel had been delivered and that the order had been completed.
I have never received the headphones.

My experience with 24.se has unfortunately been disappointing.
I contacted customer service regarding the legal basis for an advertised price reduction and asked a very specific question: whether the crossed-out price had been the lowest price during the 30 days preceding the promotion, as required under Finnish consumer protection legislation.
Despite several emails, I never received a clear answer to that specific question. Instead, I received general explanations that did not address what I had actually asked.
I was also surprised by the volume of marketing emails. Within just a few days after providing my email address, I received more than ten marketing emails, including promotional offers, abandoned-cart reminders and discount campaigns. I have screenshots documenting this. I eventually unsubscribed from the mailing list.
I did not complete my purchase, so I cannot comment on the product itself. My review concerns only my experience with the company's customer service and marketing practices.
