I have now had the pleasure of working with Adtraction from two different partner perspectives - first at Benifex and now at Loyalty Key - and my experience with them has been consistently very positive.

What stands out to me is the excellent service, intuitive and user-friendly platform, and broad selection of highly relevant affiliate programmes.

The platform is easy to navigate, and the Adtraction team is always helpful and responsive whenever support is needed. Having worked with Adtraction through two different companies, I really appreciate the consistency and quality of the partnership.

Overall, Adtraction is a great platform and a valuable partner for anyone working with affiliate marketing.

I've been working with Adtraction for almost 2 years. With a strong collaboration across the Netherlands and Spain, and the experience has been consistently excellent. What sets them apart isn't just the great platform, it's the people behind it. They're always responsive, proactive, and always focused on finding solutions rather than just processing requests.

A special mention to Ignacio and Cristina from the Spanish office and Tess, Bart, Steven an Dali for the Benelux team. Meeting them in person during our recurring visits and events, has only made the relationship stronger. They know their partners, they know the market, and they make collaboration genuinely easy and enjoyable.

Following the migration from Affiliate Future to Adtraction UK, I've noticed and experienced a significant positive difference in the platform aswell as their services.

They've gone above & beyond during the migration process by ensuring and facilitating every need we required.

As a long-term advertiser with a mature programme, migrations tend to have a large impact upon performance, naturally, but it was a fantastic transition.

The work in the background ensuring my publishers needs were met was also a plus.

The account management service is brilliant. I would also like to mention that Chandni Patel is an exceptional and talented individual.

The platform overall from an advertisers perspective is brilliant and very user friendly.
Reports are easily accessible and managing partners (affiliates) is a walk in the park.

I didn't need a webinar or a "how-to" guide.

I am well connected with my publishers and they've mentioned they appreciate the affiliate/channel dashboard. It does require some sort of guide or "how-tos" from what I was told but it seemed easier for them compared to Affiliate Future.

Payments seem better processed and if there is any issues, there is a live chat on the dashboard if need be but if you have an account manager, everything should be sorted.

The tracking is also exceptional. Especially with a advertiser that has a lot of SKUs that needs to be managed and have varied rates.

Affiliate Diversity in this network is brilliant too. We have explored and forging new partners on a daily basis in different markets that Affiliate Future wasn't capable of doing.

Registered on these website, several weeks later no reply, sent an email received a response after a week, they will look into it, and that's all folks.

Used to be one of the better affiliate platforms out there - simple, straightforward, and it just worked. Lately it feels like they’re going out of their way to complicate things that didn’t need to be complicated. Unnecessary bureaucracy that wasn’t there before. If they keep adding pointless friction they’ll lose the people who actually drive results. Sort it out.

Edit: Their response below , posted almost 4 months after my review, is meaningless nonsense. They've not done anything to resolve the situation. My trust pilot account isn't on the same account I had this issue and they have not reached out for details. Beware of companies who respond purely for the purpose of pretending they deal with customer concerns

I’ve had a really frustrating experience with Adtraction / Affiliate Fun and honestly wouldn’t recommend them based on this.

I was already an approved publisher on their platform and had been accepted by several relevant advertisers. My site had evolved into a content-led product discovery and review site, so I simply wanted to update my channel to reflect that. There’s no proper way to edit your channel details, and while trying to sort this, I accidentally deleted it.

Since then, it’s been a mess.

When I try to add the exact same site back, I’m met with rejections saying the site doesn’t meet their requirements. That makes no sense at all, given I was already approved, already working with advertisers, and actively publishing content.

I reached out to support to explain what happened and asked if they could just restore the channel. Someone replied and said they’d check with the team, which sounded promising, but that was weeks ago. I’ve had no follow-up at all.

I had already created content for advertisers who had already accepted me and even have active affiliate links, but I’ve got no confidence that any tracking is working given that I now have an account no active channel. There’s no clarity, no communication, and no way to resolve it.

It just feels like once something goes wrong, you’re completely on your own. For a platform that relies on publishers, that’s pretty disappointing.

Not a good experience, and definitely not an affiliate site I'd recommend to others, or indeed to advertisers, given the position they have now left the advertisers in who have already accepted me as an affiliate.

Beware.

This is directed at the Adtraction Sweden team. When you try to ask what work has been done, you really see why they lock you in for €5k a month (which they don’t do in other markets). It’s most likely because they can’t prove that any real work has been done beyond the bare minimum. They encouraged the deal with unrealistically high sales projections, and after three months they hadn’t even delivered two conversions. On top of that, from the day you sign the agreement, it’s impossible to get out of it for the next six months. I should have listened to my gut on this one.

We originally joined the network when it was Affiliate Future, and at the time the structure worked well for our business. The platform suited smaller and growing programmes, and the commercial model felt performance-led.

Following the acquisition by Adtraction, things changed. During the recent migration process, we were informed that our programme did not meet the new minimum performance thresholds for automatic migration. The only option offered to remain on the new platform was a fixed £99 per month fee.

While I completely understand that acquisitions bring structural changes, it was disappointing that there was little flexibility for existing clients who joined under a different commercial framework. The shift effectively moved from a performance-based model to a fixed-cost model, regardless of volume.

For businesses considering joining, I would strongly recommend reviewing the long-term commercial structure carefully — especially if you are a smaller brand or still scaling.

Professional communication throughout, but unfortunately not a viable solution for us post-acquisition.

Horrible experience with this affiliate platform. I've worked with over 10 platforms for years and never had any problems until I encountered Adtraction.

Since February 11th, my account has been blocked. I've sent emails to all of Adtraction's email addresses and to their agents, I've called, I've sent messages on their social media, and no one wants to help me or responds.

There's no explanation, and no one has given me a reason why my account is blocked or whether the leads I have pending from various advertisers will be paid.

This makes it clear that this is a company that scams its partners by being able to block accounts at any time and keep the pending earnings.

Even if they unblock my account, I will never use Adtraction again.

I'm sharing my experience so that this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Everything is slow—acceptance or denial of partner program applications, it can take months before you get a response.

Got loads of free traffic from my services, then canceled all the payments because parts of the traffic was outside of Sweden...? Like I can control that...!! Of course it was after months of "free" traffic from my site, and days before the payments should be made.

Really poor business pratices.

From day one I’ve really appreciated the efforts and sincere engagement I get from the whole team at Adtraction. We’re together building a solid partnership to secure win/win collaborations!

Signing up there is a complete waste of time. My site, which gets thousands of hits every month, was rejected. The reason is unclear and non-transparent.

We as media company talked with the Adtraction for several days, we wanted to start a partnership. As a result, we did not receive a single clear answer - absolutley 0 clear answers. We asked about working combinations (for the fast and wealth start) - they say that "this is confident information" - seems that not interested in cooperation and profit (maybe because their business is money laundering and fraud, and not an affiliate partnership?) It remains only to guess. It is not clear how they exist in the market with such an approach to business. Our experience is that it is not recommended to work with them.

From a Client perspective Adservice has good service, high level expertise and great people. We are happy with the collaboration.

I've been working with Adservice for some time, and my account was automatically suspended due to low traffic. There were no email or other notification, so it was a complete surprise for me. For some unknown, probably technical reason, we couldn't communicate to fix this problem asap. I was angry and put a bad review on Trustpilot first. But Mads saw it and contacted me, so we settled it. This has shown a good business approach and willingness to work even with small affiliates like me, and changed my mind about Adservice. Good work, guys!
