Ongoing water leakage and lack of resolution – apartment not habitable in a building…
I own an apartment in a building administered by this company. I am writing this review after repeated attempts to resolve serious maintenance issues through normal channels have not led to a solution.
In October 2024, I have reported recurring water leakage from the roof into my apartment. Inspections and repair attempts have taken place, but the problem has not been resolved. Approximately two weeks ago, the leakage started again, and the situation has now made part of the apartment uninhabitable. I currently do not have a proper place to sleep, and my mattress has been damaged beyond use due to water exposure.
This issue is part of a longer course of events involving inadequate handling of maintenance matters, including:
Additional damage caused during repair work, including a broken toilet that left the apartment without a functioning toilet for three days
Damage to personal belongings following a broken pipe, including furniture that was stored on a balcony for more than seven months during winter
Significant water damage to the floor, which required me to get help from the police, which advised me at that time to contact naevneneshus.dk and with their help I got my floor fixed
These matters have been described by the administration as “misunderstandings,” which does not reflect the documented outcomes of these incidents.
Despite repeated notifications, I am still awaiting:
A clear, written plan for permanently resolving the water leakage
Clarification regarding responsibility and compensation for damaged property
A formal explanation of why this issue has remained unresolved since October 2024
Given that this company administers a large number of properties and has a local office in Glostrup, the continued lack of an effective resolution is concerning.
I hope this review reaches someone within the organization who has the authority to address the matter properly and ensure that it is resolved without further delay.
