We have booked hotel in Ujjain via…
We have booked hotel in Ujjain via agoda for 2 rooms of 2 double beds for 8 people. When we reached at destination hotel does not have rooms as we booked. They approach us for 1 room with 2 double beds and 1 for single double beds and other option for big room with 3 double beds. Both options are not useful to us. And We tried to contact agoda but no response on phone. They don't have any customer service department for any replacement or to listen customer. Due to this we have booked other hotels with higher charges. All are requested not to use agoda for any type of service.

Saved a ton on a last-minute booking
Was proper stressed trying to find a cheap place for a last-minute trip and Agoda came through. Found a decent hotel for about 40 quid less than other sites were showing. The booking process was smooth and the confirmation came through straight away.

The dates I selected were not what I asked for and paid for..
The dates I selected were not what was booked. It was only when I received my email confirmation that I realised the date had been switched to the day before which I know I would never have selected as the walking tour is on the Saturday not the Friday. Requested that the date be changed to the date I had selected originally or a full refund. I telephoned the Hotel and they said that the date I had selected is not available and they are fully booked and that's probably why it chose the day before which is not what I wanted. Why would I choose an incorrect date and pay for it in full when I cannot make that date.

Booked my airport transfer with them in…Don’t use them
Booked my airport transfer with them in June and the transport never came . I was left stranded in a foreign country and no refund was made. Don’t use them . No one responds to calls

I get different hotel prices at Agoda
It always surprises me with Agoda that when I log in using two different accounts, I get different hotel prices (for the same hotel). It always makes me feel a bit like I'm being taken for a fool.
