Wasn't happy with the sound quality of the headphones so I returned them. After 20 days and 3 support tickets I finally received a confirmation on my return without acknowledging the fact that it kept me waiting this long, and claimed with exaggeration that the headphones were cover with "small black hair" that requires substantial cleaning so 5 euros would be deducted from my refund. In the photo attachment it shows only the usb port that probably picked something from my shirt, which can be easily cleaned with a wet wipe. The black dusts were on me of course, but the response from customer service was quite unfriendly. Not a pleasant shopping experience, wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I have been using different AIAIAI products for quite a while now and I love them for multiple reasons! But the best part is the customer support, they always try their best to resolve any issue and I think I have never experienced another customer support that comes even close!

From the moment i contacted support to the moment they shipped my replacement part for my headphones, it was nothing short of amazing. Not only do they deliver on the lifetime warranty the whole process went in a clear and friendly manner and was resolved within a week! Supper happy about the product and the company 🤙

the customer service is amazing and very responsive, i only own a pair of tma-2 studio but they are my main workhorse headphones, the sound is great and they look good as hell

I've used their headphones for over 10 years and obviously parts will slowly deteriorate with heavy use but I'm grateful to be able to give them a second life, as no-one should have to throw out great sounding headphones due to ripped ear pads or broken wires.

Their support was great with helping me decide on the needed upgrades and even offered discount on them. Bonus! :) Highly recommend.

I reached out to AIAIAI's customer service with a pre-sales inquiry regarding their wireless setup. I was highly drawn to the excellent microphone potential of this headset and wanted to verify if it could support my offline karaoke and real-time monitoring workflow.

The support team was incredibly efficient and precise. They transparently informed me that, unfortunately, the microphone cannot be used when the headset is operating in wireless dongle mode.

While I have to pass on this model with some regret and continue searching for other headsets that perfectly match my specific dual-bandwidth needs, I deeply respect a company that values honesty over making a quick sale. Saved me a lot of post-purchase frustration. Excellent customer care!

I contacted AIAIAI support after my X03 wireless transmitter stopped working on one side following a DJ set. From the first reply, the team was warm, professional, and methodical, walking me through a clear troubleshooting process before jumping to any conclusions.
Once it was clear the unit had a fault, they didn't hesitate: they offered a replacement X03 via voucher, covered the product and shipping costs, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish.
For a DJ relying on the S11 + X03 setup in live situations, knowing that AIAIAI stands behind their hardware this way is genuinely reassuring. Great product, even better support. Highly recommended.

I've been using AIAIAI headphones for a while now and currently own both the TMA-2 Studio Wireless+ and the newer S11. Honestly more than happy with both. Build quality feels solid and the sound is excellent.

Also a big fan of how modular everything is. Being able to replace individual parts instead of the whole thing is just really practical.

The support team has been incredibly helpful too. Whenever I had a question or ran into an issue they got back to me quickly and made sure everything was sorted. Really happy customer here.

I recently reached out to AIAIAI about a small cosmetic issue with my TMA-2 S10 speaker unit, and the support I received was impeccable from start to finish. The team was friendly, clear, and patient throughout the whole process, explaining my options in detail and being very transparent about pricing and repair complexity.

After experiencing an issue with my DJ/Studio Wireless+ headphones, customer service was very helpful, precise, and responsive. Numerous exchanges throughout the day helped pinpoint the problem. A voucher was subsequently issued, and I'm now waiting for a new pair.

I'm eagerly awaiting these new headphones, which have become essential for my late-night studio sessions! The low-frequency wireless model is truly excellent, and the latency is incredibly low!
