Very poor quality, some pictures are doubled, some are very blurry.
Waste of time and money.
Would NOT recommend

I am doing a scrapbook for my son engagement and of course I need picture so as always I order at photobox there is always special offers and the quality is great and very good to keep you updated with your order. I have done a scrapbook on my son travelling and I use to print to put in albums and use photobox 90% of the time for over 20years, always happy never a problem

Very pleased with my final photo book, having never done one before I took a little time to get used to the app, and it was also helpful to read the instructions booklet, I was pleased with the price as it was 50% off, not sure I would want to pay the f ull price, delivery was also quicker than quoted so all in all very pleased and will use them again.

Overall the product was good a couple of photos didn't turn out as good as i expected

Terrible customer service. Item was due to be delivered 8/9/2026. It didn’t arrive and I was then informed that they were out of gift boxes for my photo book and it would be dispatched a week later. This was no good to me as it was a gift. I contacted customer service who would not cancel the order. They offered to refund the gift box and just send the photo book. I agreed to this if they could send it express delivery as it now wouldn’t arrive in time on standard delivery. Was told this was not possible. Absolutely not open to helping their customer and make them happy. So I’ll now have an item that has cost me a lot of money arriving after an event and therefore unable to give to the recipient.
Great - thanks Photobox. A couple of extra pounds on postage and you could have made it all good.

Ordered photo for mums birthday commemorating 20 year anniversary of fathers death . Paid for express delivery and assured would be delivered Wed for when my mother and family meeting up. Not arrived and when i spoke to someone online said need to wait another 5 days before they will do anything. Based on this my opinion would be do not expect fast delivery as stated and dont rely on express delivery. When asked to escalate it was told it will be sent somewhere had no contact details, no formal complaints procedure but to date not received any comms. In my opinion this is unacceptable customer service and dont think this is good enough. Will never use this company again because feel so let down by them.

Placed an order for £95 and paid extra for delivery, delivery wasn't on time and very limited tracking information. Contacted Photobox for an update and was told they can't do anything and would need to wait a further 5 days before they would look into it. Package has been "delivered" today but not to my address, I don't recognise the photo provided by the delivery courier and it's just been dumped at some random location. I'll be seeking a refund and using another company.

If you're thinking of using Photobox I'd avoid it completely.

The website is easy to use and there is a lovely choice of products to choose from. Delivery is also very quick and efficient. A bit costly though especially when delivering overseas but at least the end result is very professional. Well done.

Excellent product

A long time customer for the simple reason that Photobox turns my second rate photos into a book full of brilliant images and memories. As someone with very limited computer experience and expertise I get by because they make it relatively straightforward.

This is a clear easy site to operate with good prompts. Always end up with a book to be proud of.

I have used Photobox for years. My colleague retires on Friday and she loves Bamburgh. I had a photo of the castle that I thought she would like. The poster print arrived as advised but it was wrapped in a flimsy cardboard box and when I opened it, the print was creased and marked in several places. These things can happen, I accept that. What I will not accept is the refusal of a company to allow any interaction except via a chat bot. That thing would make you tear your hair out. And unbelievably after it issues a complaint number, it keeps on reminding you that you have a complaint that you have not replied to but when you reply you don’t get any answers! I will never use this company again, lesson learned.

Overall I was fairly pleased with the finished product . However after upgraded to a large photo book from a medium some of the photos in the finished book were grainy and not totally sharp despite looking ok on the screen , there was no red exclamation mark ❗️ to indicate poor clarity when I finished compiling the book . Consequently I was a bit disappointed

Good quality photobook. Easy to upload and edit photos.

I wish I had checked Trustpilot in advance of using Photobox for my husband’s 50th birthday photobook. After spending hours compiling photos and messages from our children into a 60 page book, paying a premium to select the express service to ensure the book was on time, it was only on the “latest” delivery date that I uncovered that the book was not ready and neither Photobox or the courier appear to be clear as to who has it and when I should expect it! It will more than likely miss my husband’s birthday :-( Chatbots and eventual customer service attendant interactions have yielded no further clarity and I am still at a loss as to when to expect it and have only been advised to contact them again if it hasn’t arrived 1 week after the supposed “latest” delivery date I explicitly paid extra for and which they repeatedly re-stated on all order communications! Unacceptable mis-selling on their part. My children are incredibly sad that they won’t have the book in time to give and show it to my husband on his special day. And we don’t even know when to expect it! Distressing experience. Be warned.

The upload is easy to do. Page layouts are very good and you can always add your own box or text.
The colours of the photos are true.
They must be doing something right as I have made about 12 albums before and I keep going back to do another.

I have used Photobox on previous occasions and always been happy with the quality of their products. This time, I had a canvas printed from a picture on my phone. The whole process was very easy and the print came well wrapped for transit. The processing and delivery time took less than I expected and I was kept informed of the progress of my item and the courier details and delivery time.

I ordered a book for my daughters 30th. To have it expressly delivered I paid a large premium. Not only was it not delivered by this date but it was delivered more than 5 days late. I have had No appology no refund of excess charges. The reason was in the small print they allow themselves 5 working days extra for deliveries. The customer service lady was less than appologetic. Very Very dissapointed in the service and the lack of any good will.
Never use if you need it by a certain date!!!!

My order came quickly and although one card Reorder was slightly less colourful, they were reprinted and forwarded to me in good time

I always use photobox. Easy to use. Beautiful quality.
