Romford store

Romford store -

I walked in and Anda greeted me straight away, then took me to the back for a fitting. She was super friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived.
They didn’t have my size in store, but instead of leaving it there, she went the extra mile and called the Lakeside branch to check stock for me.
Really appreciated how helpful and proactive she was — such lovely customer service.
