A hidden gem that chatgpt found me - Rinesh was absolutely brilliant right from the start. He understood exactly what I was looking for and didn't try to sway me or upsell, which I massively appreciated. He just got it, and efficiently, patiently and calmly helped me. The pricing is incredible - I feel as though I got the best possible price, beating anything I could find online. I am very happy with the speed, kindness and understanding he had. The products purchased, were perfect for my needs. Its a shame we couldnt source the very specific fridge I wanted, but Rinesh still went out of his way to help me find a close match elsewhere. I was looking for a Liebherr, but ended with a Samsung. Thank you Rinesh and team. Side note; the delivery drivers were brilliant. Very careful and lovely. Highly recommend and most definitely will work with again.

I had a compatibility issue with a carbon recirculation filter and needed assistance to identify the correct part, after some miscommunication with emails not being received, the company were helpful to identify and exchange the unused item for the correct part.

I had a question regarding 2 x Quooker filters that arrived ( as they did not fit oir system) but were the only ones available. Got to talk to someone really quickly (under 2 minutes) they suggested I call Quooker as 100% these were the correct filters plus they would call me back in a few hours to see how best to resolve. 2 hours later they called back and confirmed the Head on our quooker system meeded to be changed. Quooker confired this to me in my call to them and replaced my filer head foc. Great job great company to deal with.. highly recommend
