Some bad experience
I ordered tires, something went wrong with the shipment and they didn’t inform me. After speaking to an AI agent on the phone I managed to speak a real person. They were not willing to solve the issue within a realistic timeline, just giving me a refund. Thanks to them I have to pay rush fees at the garage and additional premium costs for tires that are off the shelf available. Probably you’ll be satisfied with this dealer if all goes well, but if things go wrong, don’t expect them to go the extra mile or even inform you that your tires are not being delivered.

Good price, delivery at the garage, only delivery took a almost a week longer so we had to change appointment at our Garage. (Deliver took 11 working days, including Eastern)

I did not get the tires I ordered
I did not get the tires I ordered, they have the wrong size. It was unclear how to send them back and the customer service is hard to reach. After reaching the customer service it was fixed and the right tires are now underway, so that's positive.

Quality tires for an excellent price
I ordered a pair of Nokian tires for one of my cars. They arrived from Germany within four days.
My own garage (in The Netherlands) had advised against it ‘because the tires would have an old production date’.
No such thing, produced 12-24, 4 months ago. The price was excellent, unbeatable actually.
Highly recommended.

Good, fast and very new tires
The tires I ordered were delivered within a week from Slovakia to Holland. Good price, very recent production date. I was informed during transport about the logistic process.
