Fast handover of car, all paperwork was ready to sign, car was modern and clean. Only downside was sat nav was in Spanish, would have been helpful if I was shown how to use it

Lowest prices on the island. Great car in excellent condition. Great assistance and communication in several languages.

Two major problems:
1) the car has no spare wheel (the car had the space in the back to have it but they forgot to put one) and the roads in Fuerteventura require it.
2) I ordered an automatic and they gave me a manual.

Car was clean and tidy and we got a much bigger car than the one we booked. One I the cheapest car rental Companies on the island.

I had 2 times rented car with thid company and both times there was not problem. Everything is good and fast.

Hassle free, we have a lovely car, a very NEW Yaris Cross / Automatic. Picked up the vehicle, no problem at all. Dropped it back, no problem at all, I left more fuel in it, than when I picked it up, and the lady smiled and thanked me for that.

Would definately use them again on our next trip to Lanzarote.

Very good experience overall with Autoreisen in Lanzarote. Pick-up was quick and efficient, the car model was exactly the one I had booked, and the vehicle was in good condition. The staff were very friendly and the return process was also fast and straightforward.

The only negative point was the fuel policy: the car had to be returned with the same fuel level as at pick-up. In practice, this tends to work against the customer, as it is difficult to estimate exactly how much fuel is needed, so you usually end up returning the car with slightly more fuel than you received.

Apart from that, a very positive experience and I would happily use Autoreisen again.

Easy to book, very quick to collect keys. Instructions from the office desk were extremely clear. All staff very helpful.
