The cloth is of great quality, the style is robust but elegant and the finish is actually good. An inner lining on the torso part (tartan cotton like the existing embellishments or thin wool) would have been nice as the shoulders get the most rain and wet. Still, very happy with the purchase.

I need to return an item which had been ordered in the wrong size.
It was easy to do and I was kept informed by emails of the progress it only took 4 days from posting
it back to Italy and the refund to issued.

Sizing is awful, return policy is great
Sizing is awful, but the return policy was seamless. Arms were extremely baggy for a 42R. I have fairly large biceps and shoulders and this jacket was falling off my shoulders with baggy arms. Even more strange that despite this it was tight in the chest. I’m not sure what body type this jacket is designed for I’m 5’11 185 with a 33 size waist in slacks and jeans and wear a 42R American blazer. Not sure what I’m missing, maybe it’s a British style thing? My wife described the jacket as “cheap security-guard-chic”

Don't know what's going on with this company. Going down the tubes? Trying to return an item. Same size as a jacket I recently bought but the sleeves are 2" shorter. No response to emails. One response in chat, "we'll get back to you". Didn't get back to me. Pretty shocking.
