Ordered on the 22 August for my holiday on the 5th September, they were still processing the order on the 5th when I went on holiday, I had to buy another pair tried to cancel the order but was refused I now have 2 pairs of the same trainers, temu would have been quicker never use again 0

Order a pair of Ted Baker shoes which I’ve done over the years. I did find that online they did not have a photo of the sole and heel but thought nothing of it. Got the shoes today and they are not rehealable, which is what you get from a cheap pair of shoes

I placed an order worth over £300, but unfortunately ordered the wrong size for one of the T-shirts. As I needed the items ASAP and had paid for next-day delivery, I decided to cancel the original order and place a new order with the correct sizes.

I then contacted a Flannels advisor via live chat and provided the order number for the order I wanted cancelled. I was specifically told that the delivery had been cancelled.

However, instead of cancelling the one order I clearly provided the order number for, the advisor has somehow cancelled BOTH of my orders.

This is extremely frustrating, especially considering I have now made two orders because I needed the correct items urgently. I shouldn't have to deal with the consequences of an advisor cancelling an order that I never asked them to cancel.

Honestly, you could train a donkey to do a better job.

Ordered mind001. Delivered soaking wet. Box destroyed. Shoes soaking. I wish I didn't accept the delivery. Will not be using again.

Wow I ordered my item and was not expecting this came the next day efficient nice respectful courier beautiful item was even better than the picture I am one happy customer 👍

It would be better if something you purchase in store can be returned and you can be given your money back rather than getting a credit note .This is such an out of date procedure .

The order and delivery was good but the free gift is the reason I bought the perfume which I always do but this time the gift was not as shown, total different colour, design and material

Great service delivery very good only waited a few days for my goods

Ordered wellies and socks, parcel lost in transit but only found this out after I got in touch to chase after a week of waiting despite paying for express delivery. Then ordered again and then order was cancelled by customer service! Finally got my order without the wellies after I messaged for the 3rd time.

Placed another order for different wellies and got an email saying delivery delayed! Bad experience here and to be honest customer service could have managed this better and actually offered another pair to purchase when the others were out of stock etc.

Need to do better in a crowded market when you are fighting for market share….

Top class fashion at a very competitive price

Am giving 5stars because I like the Marc Jacob’s bag I bought, but then am not really satisfied as the long strap handle was omitted from the bag. I have emailed them and am still waiting for the next step.

3 items all the same were added to bag, I only put 1 in. Cancelled immediately after paying when I realised the mistake and they still sent the items out and charged me for them. Customer service couldn’t help so I’ve got to wait for delivery then send it back and wait 5-10 days for my £300 back when they could have just cancelled it when I requested. No numbers to call. Pretty poor for a company that deals with high end brands.

Flannels will only ever get 1 star from me due to their obscene delivery/click & collect charges.
£6.99 for click & collect. £6.99 for me to get myself to the store for their staff to hand me a parcel? £6.99 for that?

Would never use again. Processed an order, never shipped it. Had to order again, even though it was showing as a 'live' order on their website. Enquired what was happening, and told they'd let me know more in 24 hours. Wont bother next time. Would rather pay mjre and use John Lewis.

I haven’t received my item yet I ordered a week ago email said latest delivery was Sunday we are now on Tuesday

No customer services number or team online that is available. Items receiced used charges for returns. Why should I pay for a return label when you sent me used item. Never buy from flannels ever again. Scammers

I received my parcel, the kids tracksuit set had joggers missing. Only the top was sent packaged up nicely. Really unhelpful being told they need to review cctv? The top was packed up in clear packaging, how can one tell from cctv if the joggers are inside!! Avoid purchasing sale items online from Flannels
