Great experience overall. I ordered the monitor on Monday and it already arrived on Wednesday. Everything was smooth and really quick. The package had a small dent from UPS, but thankfully the product itself was completely undamaged and in perfect condition. Very happy with the purchase and delivery!

I bought an Epson printer from them last year that has been nothing but problems.
Things happen, products are broken, not their fault. What they actually did was pay for it to get shipped to Epson twice. They gave me support in English (I just moved to Austria, so this was important). I had some issues and couldn't be home when the printer would be sent, and they offered to hold it for me.
They are not at fault for the product (which I won't be recommending to anyone), but what was in their control they were stellar.
