Ruined my clothes
Sent in some expensive wool items to be washed, they were ruined even though I had clearly marked them as wool per the instructions on the provided bags. Elis refused to take any responsibility, blamed me for not marking them correctly.

I’m so impressed with the honesty and professionalism of Elis Denmark A/S.
I lost my wedding ring as it fell from my pocket inside the safety clothing that I was wearing and ended up in the washing basket delivered to Elis for washing.
They found the ring and promptly returned it to me.
Could not be more pleased!

The company is really bug, with a lot of customers. It is understandable that ir cannot satisfy all customers 100%. Client servise by phone -100% will always answer the question, whether the answer satisfies you or not. The qaulity of production could definitely be better. I work in a 4-star hotel and i am not satisfied with the qaulity of the products provided. Towels look old and washed, gray. Bedding shrinks from washing, dimensions vary from product to product. In this place I wanted to update it more often that 2 times a year.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
CON company. They have a great sale pitch but the service is down right aweful. They prices are different from bill to bill, and they send out extra bills with a fee on it very quickly if the mail they send should fall into your spam folder. Hard to connect to a autopayment service. They forgot to tell me it was a 36 month sign up. Luckely i dod not sign it, but they forced me to do 12 months minimum. The 12 months are up now and i wrote them to please stop sending me bills and changing the carpets i pay for. They just replied it was a 12 months cancel penalty. That meaning they are trying to force me to keep paying them til december next year (2023) even though my contract was only 12 months. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
