Betterlife from LloydsPharmacy Reviews 

I ordered a bath lift with this company because there was a good cash incentive to use this company. Unfortunately, BetterLife later decided (after the purchase) to remove their company from this cash incentive scheme.

Avoid Betterlife and Lloyds pharmacy which has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. This is especially disappointing given the vulnerability of disabled people using Lloyds pharmacy products They are rude and helpful and make life difficult as possible. My pride go-go mobility scooter wasn't working and it took them weeks to replace a part. I was given a replacement scooter which was far too big for me to use indoors and to heavy to put in my car, in short useless.
The scooter wasn't fixed properly and after 2 months the same problem occurred, again I was met with long waiting times and no clear resolution. Look elsewhere before using Lloyds pharmacy

Straightforward ordering. Scooter arrived a day before expected delivery . I had an old scooter before with no suspension. This scooter is an improvement. The ride is slightly less bumpy bit probably not as good as a class 3 scooter. I chose the bigger battery which is heavier but I get much more distance out of it. I can't understand why other websites seem to charge more for exactly the same scooter.

Placed the order online over the weekend and the wheelchair was delivered within 10 days

The electric bath seat price was the best I saw online and once my order was placed delivery was made in less than two days. Brilliant.

I ordered a bed at the end of March. Advised 10 days to deliver. As at 19 April 2019 still not received.

Ordered on wed evening and scooter delivered Friday afternoon. Superb, only, no communication from Betterlife or TNT to say when the delivery was occurring.

I ordered online a mobility scooter for my. It arrived earlier than I expected. However there was a problem with it, so they offered to replace it with a different model. It arrived quickly and they took the old one away. Pleased with their response.
