This is a scam company
This is a scam company! I don't want anyone to deal with them! I ordered a quadcopter with two batteries for 120 euros! After 10 days, I received a product of three times lower price category and quality! The product does not correspond to the dimensions and declared characteristics at all! This is a company of scammers!

Order some stuff in DD. Unfortunately had some problems with receiving parcel, due to the courier fault. Thanks to the Bastiaan(manager) the problem was solved. Only 4 starts because of parcel delay. Good customer service, proper attitude and client oriented. Company recommended.

I was foolishly under the impression that this was a local product that would have been delivered in a day. I was clearly wrong and paid several times too much for a chinese product. If I wanted a chinese product, I could have bought it myself and shipped it faster at a fraction of the cost.

Great costumer service!
Great costumer service. I accidentally bought the wrong device and they helped me get the right one. They didnt ask to send the other one back because returning costs me more money. I got a discount on the right product. They are too kind.

Package arrived empty but gets fixed by an employee
I paid extra for a track and trace code, with that code my package should arrive between 8 and 14 days. My package arrived after 20 days. Unfortunately this package was empty, nothing in it. I've mailed the company about what happened and am now waiting for a response. I'm hoping it can be fixed.
Update: An employee called me and we talked about the issue. He sent the package again together with a coupon for the inconvinience.
