Received a broken powermeter
Received a broken powermeter, contacted Bike24 and needed to wait a long time for a reply, called them and left hanging in a cue for over 35 minutes!
When i received an answer by mail, returned the item to them as soon as possible. Item is received by Bike24 over a week ago, still no sign of a refund.. only one answer that it would take some more time.

I want to like this company
I want to like this company, but I have an shipping issues they don't care to sort out. Every time they send something to me in Slovakia, their system messes up special characters in my name and address, they don't provide carrier (GLS) with my phone nor email, always ending in failed deliveries. I have to always go to GLS depot for this. I sent them a message about this already but they just sent me an automated reply saying they are busy. It's been two months with no reply and same issues with delivery again....

Top-tier packaging and high quality, but shipping times are biblical.
I ordered a high-end E-Bike from Bike24. The product quality is absolutely outstanding and the attention to packaging is tier-one: the bike arrived on a pallet, perfectly secured, and protected against any possible transit damage. 10/10 for the warehouse team. However, the shipping process via DHL Freight was a nightmare. Delivery times were biblical, the tracking was stuck for days in Milan, and communication was totally absent.Great shop and amazing packaging, but they desperately need to improve their heavy shipping logistics partner.

I’m trying to return an item from my…
I’m trying to return an item from my order, but I’m unable to complete the return process because Norway is not available as a country option.
This is particularly frustrating because BIKE24 clearly ships to Norway, yet Norway is not included in the return process. I have also tried contacting customer service by email and phone, but I haven’t received any response.
Your website states that customers whose country is not included in the return-label list should contact customer service, but if customer service doesn’t respond, there is effectively no way for me to initiate the return.
This is extremely frustrating and makes the return process unnecessarily difficult. Please get back to me as soon as possible with clear instructions on how I can return my order from Norway.
I would appreciate a prompt response, as I do not want the return period to expire due to an issue with your return system/customer service.

I received the parcel, but it was completely unusable as it had been damaged in transit. I contacted Bike24’s customer support. They replied very quickly. I sent them photos of the damage.
