So far so good! They had everything I needed, and delivery was super fast.

I'm very pleased with this webshop. The way they answer technical questions is professional. An invisible flaw at the bike was settled correctly.
Their communication is consumer friendly.

I ordered a bike. I was told that it would arrive last Friday and I waited around for nothing. They’ve given me a non functioning tracking number and won’t answer my messages. Nine emails but no action. I feel like I’m being scammed. I’m having to use paypal to get through to them.

After weeks of waiting, they tell me the bike is going to be delivered on a certain date. I waste my day waiting on that day but no one arrives. When I click on the tracking number, the carrier say the number is incorrect.

Once again, I would give 0 stars if possible. Order was placed over 3 weeks ago with indication of 1-3 days shipping time. The item has not moved in 11 days. No response to phone calls made over the past weeks. Plans ruined.

Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

Honestly super impressed with Bike24. Ordered a helmet to Romania and it arrived crazy fast—way quicker than I expected. The helmet was packed really securely with plenty of protection, so the box and helmet arrived in perfect condition. I also had a quick question about delivery while it was on the way, and customer support replied almost instantly with a clear answer.
Super smooth experience. Definitely ordering from them again!

besides the good prices and bike parts availability, I was stocked by the delivery speed. Placed the order on Monday afternoon, received it at home/Romania by Thursday noon. WOW!

Very easy to find the product I was looking for and placing the order was simple and fast.

I appreciate the site being available in both German and English and the delivery time is quick.

I ordered tires that were listed as in stock before noon, and specifically paid extra for express delivery — a service that has always worked flawlessly for me on previous orders, with overnight delivery never being an issue.

That was a week ago.

The order status shows "shipped," but DHL's tracking has been stuck on "Shipment information received" this entire time — meaning the label was created, but the package was never actually handed over to the carrier. In other words, it hasn't moved an inch.

To make things worse, I've submitted support tickets that have gone completely unanswered. No response, no updates, nothing. I paid a premium for fast, reliable shipping and instead got a week of silence and a tracking number that leads nowhere.

If you can't fulfill express orders, don't sell express shipping as an option. And if your support team can't be bothered to respond to tickets, what's the point of having a support system at all?

Very disappointed — this used to be a store I trusted for quick, dependable delivery. Right now I have no tires, no answers, and no idea when (or if) this order will actually ship.

After the 8 days you still dont send my package . At least order was ready to send by nex day . But after a week my order is still not in the transport 😕

1st purchase went smoothly, after recommendation from a friend. Clear, intuitive website. Great product offer at competitive prices and, most importantly, trustworthy. Just placed my 2nd purchase.

Great price, quick delivery

Received a broken powermeter, contacted Bike24 and needed to wait a long time for a reply, called them and left hanging in a cue for over 35 minutes!

When i received an answer by mail, returned the item to them as soon as possible. Item is received by Bike24 over a week ago, still no sign of a refund.. only one answer that it would take some more time.

Update: when will i receive my email that the refund is on it’s way today as you mentioned below?
