I bought a dress, and it was only after washing it that I discovered it had been cut completely crooked—something you wouldn't notice beforehand. They had skillfully disguised the flaw. I reported this and provided photos clearly showing the manufacturing defects, but Bonprix is ​​refusing the claim, citing the expired return period and the fact that the item has been washed. They are offering me a 15% discount on a future purchase, which is a joke, of course, since I would have to buy another expensive item from them just to get my money back.

The boots were to tight at the leg and the skirt was to tight fit and the material looked cheaper than in the picture

All the products are really good value for money, well packed, and delivered promptly. The sizes are accurate and as depicted in the photos, colour etc. What has impressed me is that they keep you informed via e-mail about the progress of your order, and if an item is out of stock, they let you know when a available again. A truly dreadful company . I have bought a white shirt from their site on the 22 June and am still waiting for delivery. It is fully paid . I have sent them two emails and phoned them three times and they have done nothing to resolve or trace my delivery . I am writing this review to warn customers not to trust this company . I don’t know how on Earth to resolve this with them . But I hope people are not fooled by their site . I am looking into reporting them to the authorities concerned
