I open a bank account in this bank becasue I thought would be a good idea to work with a local bank. Please don´t make same the mistake than me. In first place after few months they start charging me 50Kr. every month just for my regular bank account. Last week one of the employees decide to block my debit card becasue according to her I did not reply to ONE E-MAIL she sent asking me to sign a new customer agreement. This week I closed my account.

I have always regarded Frøs Spareaksse as a fair one. My former bank adviser there was a good one, she always found a fair way so that both the bank and I would be happy. Today I called my new adviser there and got a kick in the teeth. I have used the bank for about 20 years, and also my kids accounts and savings are there. I need an account for my wife, nothing fancy, just an account where her salary will land every month, the woman there told me that that would cost 50 kroners pr month in fees for my wife to have an account, I dont pay fees, my kids dont pay fees, so why do something like that !? I will now need to change bank for all of us the way they treat people is not something I want to have anything to do with.

I’m very happy to have bank Frøs , my bank is Ib Haderslev and I always get help if I need . Nothing to complain from my side . I can only recommend to the others .
