This company is a scam
This is a lying company, not only has my parcel not arrived a week later after being reassured it’s coming the next day …
They have also lied on multiple phone calls that my phone has been dispatched when it’s still sitting in their warehouse!
After investigating that and confronting them regarding the lie they have then admitted that the phone still hasn’t been dispatched. Absolute scam

Absolute waste of time contraindicative…
Absolute waste of time contraindicative company sends me an email saying my orders been approved by the network but they require additional information for security purposes so i sent my drivers license information and a picture of my face through the experian app just for them to then email me 30 minutes later saying my orders been declined by the network
What is it the network approved my order funny how only after i submit my personal information the networks suddenly changed its mind.
Disgrace of a company harvesting my information just to mess me around this doesn’t include the 2 days they had me waiting on their decision and the £49 they took from my bank account

I ordered the Google Pixel 10 in May…
I ordered the Google Pixel 10 in May 2026 in the colour Lemongrass. I was informed 2-4weeks wait. 4 weeks passed so I chased this up and they stated the colour was out of stock and that it would be another 2 weeks. Every 2 weeks I had to chase this and then 2 and half months later I was told the manufacturer had discontinued the colour.
I asked to speak with a manger and was told they would ring me and they never did. I ended up opting for a different colour and it arrived what I believed to be damaged. (It actually wasnt but it was common for people to assume it was due to the microphone on the back) When I requested to send it back, I had three days - this is fine for some people but I'm disabled so it isnt as easy as sorting it out quickly. I'm not sure if I'd have asked there would have been understanding given the poor service I'd had up to that point.
I had to pay postage £16.00 and in the end I cancelled because the customer service had been poor from start to finish. I again asked to speak with a manger regarding the return cost to see if I could have it refunded given the poor service but again heard nothing back.
I then cancelled the upgrade and wanted to revert back to my rolling o2 contract and was given a pac code. I rang o2 to give them this pac code not knowing what it was and they said they dont accept it, as its for changing networks.
I emailed Buy mobile who said a pac code needs to be activated for the contract to finalise or I would have to pay.
O2 throughout this process have been just as bad, they kept telling me they couldnt assist with it being bought through a third party, which I understood but I was informed it had been escalated to a manager at o2 but again I never had a call back.
I requested to speak with a manager 4 separate times in total at buy mobile and not one called me back.
After getting no where with o2, in a last attempt to solve this I rang Buy mobile and was told I had to completely leave o2, give the pac code to another provider and then go back to o2.
What an absolute waste of time. I've now left o2 and wont ever be returning. Shocking customer service.
The only person from Buy mobile that helped was the one who explained the pac code in a way that someone who doesnt work for a phone company understands. Thee other assistants- possibly 4 or 5 were very unhelpful, rude and had no clue what so ever.
I would never recommend buy mobile to anyone. I cant believe how uncoordinated the company is. It has caused me a significant amount of stress, it didnt need to be so difficult.
