Hi Ashley,
Sorry again, that you haven't received your items as hoped.
As we talked about on the phone, the item had already been delivered, but due to a mistake with Postnord they haven't sent you an email or message telling you it had arrived.
When we talked earlier today we agreed, that i would get the supplier to sent the order again and sent you the tracking information as soon as possible.

Very bad service
Very bad service. They did not deliver our termoroof. They have a very wierd handeling policy. I was canceling my order.
Thank you for the answer Bygmax. I was ordering the same produkt from the other place and it was arriving in 3 days, like they promise. Without any cirkus.

Du bestiller dit termotag hos os torsdag den 19.07.2018 kl. 16.14.
Vi bekræfter den 20.07.2018 pr. mail din levering til fredag den 27.07.2018, dette ud fra den bekræftelse vi modtager fra vores leverandør. Termotaget var i restordre hos vores leverandør og derfor den forlængede leveringstid.
Du ringer og forhører dig om leveringen sidst på eftermiddagen fredag den 27.07.2018. Vi sender straks en mail til vores leverandør (denne svarer de dog ikke, da de er gået på weekend) hvor varerne bliver af.
Først fredag aften og igen lørdag afbestiller du pr. mail din ordre hos os.
Straks mandag morgen den 30.07.2018 kontakter vi vores leverandør pr. telefon og får at vide, at termotaget var kommet på lager en dag senere.
Hele ordren var pakket og klar til afsendelse ud til dig sammen med den identiske ordre du har bestilt hos en konkurrende webshop.
Jf. dit ønske bliver din ordre taget tilbage på deres lager igen og leveres naturligvis derfor ikke hos dig.

Good selection, good prices, fantastic customer service.
Great website, good prices and best customer service that I have experienced in Denmark. I ordered a substantial amount of building materials for a project at our summer house. Everything was able to be delivered in 2 days! I had a a lot of materials coming from different suppliers, and therefore they were sent out with different couriers - Danske Fragtmænd lost 2 of the packages and couldn't care less about following it up for me. Bygmax, went out of their way to to contact Danske Fragtmænd and resolve the problem on my behalf, great customer service!
I will definitely use Bygmax again for my next project.
