I Found Leasecar extremely helpful and professional as I went through the process of leasing a car for the first time. Generally a good experience, Sarah at lease car was responsive and helpful and the process was easy and well explained.

My only gripe would be listing something as “in stock” with delivery 2-4 weeks and then it taking 5 1/2 weeks as it wasn’t even in stock at the supplier. Apparently an industry norm but somewhat deceptive. All this was at least communicated well but annoying when left without a car for that time.

Great customer service, really responsive and helpful. The web tracking from application to delivery is really useful. Special mention to Sarah Roberts and her colleagues for their help.

From first call to delivery was 14 days. Ben Salmon is a credit to his company. Very patient and explained the process clearly. Also he always picks up the phone or calls straight back. Even after delivery. Highly recommended.
