Rude sales ladies, they have very bad refund policy

I’ve shopped several times in the shop at Spinderiet, and I always get a great service. Last time I was there I went for breastfeeding bras, and the girl working there was great at choosing the size for me and had great knowledge on breastfeeding bras and life, though she didn’t seem to be a mom :) So I guess it’s a great training they get! I was impressed and got nice quality items.

I went to Change in Fisketorvet Mall to look for a bra. Young girl helped me: persisted I should try several different bras, really tried hard to find appropriate size/color/type.
I left the shop with 4 bras (paid only 2), and lots of other free goodies.

I recently had an experience with Change, and I feel it’s important to share a cautionary note for future customers.

While dealing with an issue regarding a tax refund form, I found their customer service response to be less than satisfactory. The company initially acknowledged that I had been misinformed by their store, but rather than providing a clear resolution, they simply passed the responsibility off to other departments. I was informed that the matter was “taken care of” but received no direct follow-up or clear explanation about the next steps.

One point to note is that Change does not seem to have a clear policy about issuing VAT refund forms in their stores in Denmark. While they acknowledged that it’s not mandatory for stores to offer these forms, they offered little in terms of alternative solutions or compensation. They did suggest that I could submit receipts at the Global Blue office in Kastrup Airport, but this did not fully address my concerns.

Moreover, while they mentioned that they are working on improving things with Global Blue for the future, I can’t help but feel like the company is not doing enough to ensure a smooth experience for international customers right now.

Overall, my experience left me feeling unsupported, and I would advise future customers to be cautious when dealing with Change, especially regarding VAT refunds and their customer service practices. While they may have future plans to improve, it’s clear that the current system isn’t as customer-friendly as one would hope.

Ive been a customer for decades but your return and exchange policy is ridiculous and not at all at par with Danish standards. Demanding a receipt to exchange one product for the same kind but different material, when the original was given as a gift does not make sense. We do not give receipts with gifts. The prices are covered with stickers but apparently that's not enough to exchange?
I have been writing back and forth with your customer service for weeks now and it's honestly exhausting at this point. There's no reason why you would need the exact receipt or transaction for an exchange, if it's about stock you should be able to scan the products in and out as the exchange is happening?
Demanding card numbers of the people who bought it is also not completely in line with GDPR, not to mention you do not inform your shoppers that they would need a receipt to exchange a present.

Ive been a very loyal and happy customer for a very long time but this experience has soured my opinion a lot.

I would never recommend anyone to GO in those stores. First i was in Fisketorvet and all The workes turned their faces to me gave me The elevator look and looked at each other i asked for help but none of them Wanted to help me? They Said they were busy but there wasnt anyone in The store besides me and one other lady. when i was about to leave they ask Can We help you with something?

The second time i went in rödovre mall and i could hear some of the workers talk bad about The customers, they laughed and pointed fingers and i saw them give highfive to each other after some lady that bought a bunch of bras that was just very unprofessional they Seem only to focus about money

I was today in fields in change lingerie. I like very how they help because sometimes it’s very hard find good bra. That’s why I only go there but for me service it’s very strange. I working also before a lot of places and self make training with customers service but her I feel me like they want only sell so many things they can. I think maybe they look how many position they have on the bill but sometimes it’s tooo much. It was one women I think from Sweden and doesn’t metter what I show her she just say: she recommend this, when I show something different so she say: she recommend this and I don’t feel like she really like something and recommend because it’s good she want only sell how much she can.
Cashier it was also for me like joker. Fake smile and also just sell how much she can. In the end I was very tired and just take this what I need. People they are different sometimes maybe you don’t sell nothing but it’s nice come to nice place when people it’s friendly. Her it’s just only sell and don’t go out without nothing. Sorry but I feel like that

I went out on the 25th of november to CHANGE in Nørrebro in the search of a fancy/sexy lingerie set. I was very nicely treated and advised by Lisa. She has a great eye for color and people's undertones (which is extremely useful). And on top of that she was very sweet :) They had a very good offer for 1 extra free lingerie so I ended up buying 2 for the price of 1. It was a great experience <3

I would not recommend anyone to buy from here! I bought a bra that gave me a big rash on the skin around all the area that has touched the bra.

As i wrote to them and sent them pictures and a thoroughly description, they only replied with a 3-4 sentence telling me they had no allergenes and they would not take any responsibility for what happened on my skin. That is even after I have been checked by both a general practitioner and a dermatologist.

Unfortunately, the product quality is super bad AND on top of that, you can expect bad costumer service.....

Me and my boyfriend had a wonderful time at Change in Haderslev. The lady helping us was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and personable. She helped me find sizes in lingerie that fit me, after spending so many years with no luck, actually fit me this time!! She stayed after closing to help us try on clothes and check out. We appreciate her so much! We will be returning if we are ever in Denmark again.

Visited the store in Aarhus C and had a great experience. to begin with, I declined help from the girl working since I've had many bad experiences with workers in other stores misguiding me just to get a sale (my size is pretty rare so stores often won't have a bra that fits me nicely), but when she insisted on sizing me, I let her help and definitely didn't regret it. she was so helpful and attentive, and even though it was clear she was trying to make a sale (which is literally their job), I never felt bombarded or pressured. The vibe in the store was so nice and uplifting, and the workers all knew how to make the women visiting feel good and confident, which to me is very important.
The name of my sales assistant is Julie, and I'll definitely be back!

Bought the bra September 6 2023 and already the underwire is coming out. Impossible to order online because it wants a us zip code in Canada. This was a problem a few years back as well and it’s still a problem today with the zip code. I have found another supplier and I have 2 bras on order. If the quality is good I will no longer shop at change.

I did a purchase at the airport store, the sales assistant was so nice and helped me with a gift that I needed to do.
I didn’t get the chance to do that gift back in my home country so 1 month later I emailed customer service asking for the chance of an exchange. Marta was so fast in her response and besides being comprehensive with my particular situation, she helped me tracking the ticket so I can do the exchange and gave me the assistance I needed in a efficient and the nicest way possible.
I never do reviews but I felt this case was worth it 😊

Been using the products for the last 5 years and have had only good experiences in your shops. But the website and ordering online...omg. I get a mail with a link where i can follow my order, does not work. Can't find anywhere on the website where i can follow the order.
The money have been withdraw from the account the next day...4 days after still no mail that my order is ready to pick up/or on the way to the chosen store. Customer service can't see the orders placed online..weird.
Why would the money be withdrawn, with no info regarding the order? And the only solution is for me to fill up a formulary and wait for your Warehouse to answer.

P.S This review was intended more in the idea to improve the Website and the ordering online process. It is a shame, since the products are amazing. And the website has many bugs that also other people mentioned here.

Last week I took a visit at Change in Amagercentret and had such a phenomenal experience. I’m abit of an mid aged man in the LGQBT community, that has no experience in lingerie but the gal that helped me out was a dime! Patience and kindness was it all that took to get myself a couple things and an absoloute 5 star time. I got greeted with a smile and did not feel like I was in a rush. Once I come back and visit Copenhagen again, I’d like to come back to the store and hopefully get the same service I got when I came in the first time.

I visited CHANGE Lingerie in Fields to try on a bra I had spotted earlier.. and the results were out of this world. Turns out neither the model nor the cup size I picked to try on were right, and my shop assistant Kimberly brought me bras in different sizes and styles until I found the perfect fit. She really went out of her way calling other stores and consulting her boss to make sure I got the bra I wanted. It was an honour to be in the hands of such a talented assistant. Really made my whole week!

On 15/07/2021, I have bought 2 on-sale bras from a store in Berlin thinking I could exchange or return them in case of a change of mind. However, it seems that it is actually not possible to get refund on sales article and that it was mentioned in the invoice (which you only receive after payment). It is very dishonest from their side and I honestly have the feeling of being fooled. In the future I would suggest them to be clearer about their policy return, to avoid any misunderstanding.
