Very happy with my purchase. I'd been looking for a specific type of planter for a while but wasn't happy with the pricing and quality I was finding online. I was nervous to try a seller I hadn't heard of before rather than the usual outlets I use for gardening supplies but I decided to take a chance, and I am very glad that I did.

My ordering experience was very good, super quick to order, good updates received and the product arrived well package and in perfect condition.

I've had the planter for a few weeks now and am still as happy as the day I received it. We'll see how it holds up after a few years of exposure to the elements but so far so good 👍

Rubbish! I ordered some wool on a next day postage at £6:99 , the items never arrived two days later so contacted them and got a £3 refund for post, they then sent via another courier and arrived another two days later. I have contacted them several times to be totally ignored. My first time ordering and will not ever order again or recommend. If I could give minus 1 on this review I would.

Products delivered on time at a cost cheaper than Amazon and that were unavailable on Amazon at the time.

Prompt delivery. Unfortunately they were the wrong size but sent an email and was replied to very quickly.

I liked the product but, perhaps stupidly, assumed that this was for a salt and pepper set, not one pot with a changeable head. So, I ordered one and it looks lonely…..

We have used your damp catcher product for years. We use these in our Static Caravan in the Lake District, it is on the edge of a wood under the trees so can get very damp in the Winter. We use about 5-6 of these damp catchers scattered around the Caravan inside and they are extremely effective. The Caravan is shut down for about 6 months. Your product is extremely effective, easy to use, good value for money and the extra bag of crystals you get free makes even more value for money. We will be using this product for many years to come. Thank you Charlie’s.
