While the name has changed from ComputerSalg to CS MEGASTORE, it is still the same webshop, the same team, and the same service. With more than 2.8 million products, you can find everything from electronics and IT to home appliances, home & living, beauty, sports, office supplies, books, and much more.

What started as a small local store focused on computers and software has grown into a true megastore with MEGA amounts of tech, MEGA amounts of beauty, MEGA amounts for everyday life – and everything in between. The name change to CS MEGASTORE is a natural next step and better reflects the scale and variety we offer today.

Terrible Service and Unrealistic Delivery Times

Order #14319416

I purchased a home trainer on May 31, 2026, with a promised delivery time of 2–3 days from a remote warehouse. Since then, the company has changed the delivery date three separate times without providing any meaningful explanation or advance notice.

It has now been 10 days, and the product has still not even been shipped. The lack of communication and failure to meet the advertised delivery timeframe have been extremely disappointing.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this store.

No service-mindedness, and bad IT practices. They force you to get an account on their site when you order from them. And thet send you the account password in cleartext...

Ordered items

Ordered items, wait a week without any updates and after all they cancel my order.
Wouldn’t it be better to contact the client and find a solution?

Didnt reiceive anything

I ordered item it was in remote warehouse 25th of april after few weeks i asked where it was they said the product i ordered is coming from different supplier so they gave me New estimate delivery so i wait again no updates after a week. so i contact them again they said the product has been discontinued but it still shows its available in remote warehouse in the website. So i dont trust them At this point so i cancel the order and wait. and it has been 2 weeks and i havent reicived anything.

After reviewing your order, I can see that the product went on backorder shortly after you placed it and remained on backorder until the order was eventually cancelled. Unfortunately, I can also see that our customer service provided an estimated delivery date that we were unable to meet. I sincerely apologize for this and completely understand why you chose to cancel the order.

Regarding the payment, I am a bit concerned by your statement that you have not received your money back. The payment was never actually captured by us. Only a temporary authorization/reservation was placed on your card when the order was created.

The authorization was released from our side when the order was cancelled. If the amount is still showing as reserved, this is due to your bank's processing times and policies, as we no longer have any control over the funds.

Once again, I sincerely apologize for the poor experience and the incorrect information you received during the process.

Bad after sale service

I have bought many products from CS Megastore before without issues. This was the first time I returned a product within their 14-day return policy, and they refused to provide a full refund.

They claimed there were scratches and a missing “cloth pouch” and applied a 30% deduction (DKK 83.40). I accepted that there could possibly be some minor scratches from normal use and even offered a smaller compromise deduction, but it was rejected.

At mentioning these 02 issues that offer refund after deduction 30% of product price. That's insane.

They also initially claimed they had already sent documentation/photos, but I could not find or receive them at that time. That was totally false statement by them.The pictures were only later shared through an external link after repeated communication.They made excause that the image size is big where gmail allowed to send 25 mb file.They are full of flase.

Very disappointing return experience. My advice: document everything carefully before returning products to this store.I never suggest anyone this shop to buy product

Thank you for your review, and I am very sorry that this return process has left you with such a disappointing impression. That is certainly not the experience we want our customers to have.

That said, we must also stand by the assessment made on the returned item. As communicated in the correspondence, the product was received with visible surface scratches and with a missing included accessory (“cloth pouch”), which meant it was not considered to be in substantially the same condition as when sent out. Based on this, a depreciation deduction of 30% was applied in accordance with our return terms and the assessed resale value of the item.

I also understand your frustration regarding the documentation. The images were initially too large to be delivered properly by email, which is why they were later shared through an external link instead. I apologize for the confusion this caused.

We did review your proposed compromise internally, but unfortunately we were not able to change the final assessment in this case. As previously offered, you were welcome either to accept the refund with the applied deduction or have the product returned to you free of charge.

Horrible return information

Horrible return information. I have now had to contact 3 different places to return my package and i still don't get the right return information.
