They sell all the faulty products and they don’t advertise their products properly online.. all this time I’m wondering why my Bluetooth wasn’t connecting to the Satisfyer, only to realise I’ve been sent one that doesn’t use Bluetooth.

Feels like a scam. Ordered some products and was supposed to receive a free gift. The free item was "forgotten" and when contacting customer service, they told me to place the order again and I would get reimbursed. This feels very dodgy to me. It's a shame because I've had good experiences with the company before and the rest of my order was in order.

I ordered a free product that would be sent to me if I spent more than 38 euros. I double-checked that it was in my cart because they said it's available until stock lasts.
I received a receipt and an order excluding the product.
Do not buy anything on their outlet, they advertise for free: it's a forced sale.
I contacted the customer service. I'm waiting for an answer, but I'm not optimistic about the quality.
