3 weeks and no package
I have been waiting for my package for three weeks now. I contacted customer service to ask why it is taking so long and whether they could investigate if the package has been lost. I have seen no status update in Mondial Relay for the past three weeks.
The only response I received from Cosma was to check the status on the website. At this point, there is no real assistance or customer service.
I am really disappointed.

Logistics nightmare
I placed my order in mid-February, but it never arrived.
The company's staff responded politely to my emails, but they had no information about where my parcel was.
I wrote a negative review and sent a letter to the company requesting a refund.
To be honest, I didn't have high hopes. But miraculously, they refunded my money, even earlier than promised. At least I can thank them for that.
I edited my negative review because scammers would not have refunded the money, but this company did.
Still, if you need the goods urgently or are selecting them for a specific date, be aware that their logistics are lacking.

All went well despite previous reviews
Wasnt sure about ordering here because of some previous bad reviews but for me it was great. The prices are so good and delivery to Ireland was only 4 days. So far no issues I recommend them 😁
