Not washable, poor quality fabric…
Product looks great and feels like good quality at first but after a few washes holes appear at the seams. Very poor quality fabric. Disintegrates after a few washes. Looks terrible and not wearable within 6 months.

Excellent customer service
I had an issue with my order after the courier left the parcel outside my front door despite clear delivery instructions, and unfortunately it went missing.
I contacted Charles Tyrwhitt and their customer service was excellent. They were helpful, understanding and quickly arranged replacements without making the process difficult or stressful.
It’s refreshing to deal with a company that takes responsibility for getting things sorted when something goes wrong, even when the issue was with the courier rather than the retailer itself.
Really impressed with how they handled it, and it’s definitely given me more confidence ordering from Charles Tyrwhitt again.
The advisor who helped me was also very polite and professional throughout

Very INTRUSIVE data farming; odd for an under £100 transaction. Wanted a phone call (live chat wouldn’t be sufficient) for 5 minutes to unlock the order? Wanted to know details of why I’m sending it to an alternative address and RELATIONSHIP to this address for a couple shirts. Held the order pending until this was completed and as a result the fast track postage I paid for wouldn’t meet the event the shirts were for……cancelled the order and won’t use again. BIZZARE

I bought a new lightweight cardigan a year or so ago. The zip fastener was awkward to use from the start and has got worse and worse.
VERY POOR for what was supposed to be a quality product costing £70+ !!
FOLLOW UP-Thank you for your reply and I appreciate that I should have got back to you or John Lewis far earlier! Trust Pilot would only accept a date within the last year, which I realised was incorrect.

Shirt Quality Poor
Great cutomer service but the long term quality of the shirts is terrible. Bought three shirts. Two have ripped / worn through at the elbow within a few months, the cuff on one has completely worn through and has loose threads. Two of the three are now unwearable. Never had this with shirts from other retailers.

Excellent customer service. Even though it was online chat to resolve my issue the agent(s) were polite and write texts with clarity and good grammar unlike many customer service agents from other businesses. CT shirts are my husband's favorite and he wears no other brands for his business attire.
