Portal is a scandal

Cure4you is a functional disaster:
• As I'm writing I have a browser that has been trying to load their front page for last 5 minutes - just checked still blank!
• every click presents a push to pay
• poor functions & guiding content - all around bad user experience
• if your going charge Dane's for something they have a fundamental free right to, then try doing it with a little professionalism

God knows, I pay heavily through the mega taxes in Denmark for healthcare and this system is fundamentally wrong!!! This system has only one objective - getting my hard earned Danish Crowns for something I already paid for! I have, and most I know, have rare visits to the doctor. Average 1 per 18 months = 360 DKK per visit!!! For what? Some graphs? There is better, more logical AND FREE access to information, bookings, etc. on sundhed.dk!

Dear Arnold,

I do apologise for the bad experience you've had today. This is absolutely not the service we would like to give our users. Unfortunately we have performance issues with our homepage today and this cause the page to load very slowly and log in can be very difficult.

We know it is an inconvenience for our users, but we are really working hard to solve the issues.

Regarding your comments about paying for access. It is completely free to communicate with your GP through Cure4you. According to which functionalities your GP offer you should be able to book appointments, ask questions, fill out forms, renew prescriptions and all your communication will be available for 6 months.

Should you wish to use our online, graphs, health journal, apps and NemID log in you can chose to upgrade to a Premium subscription.

Unfortunately we are obliged to pay everytime a user logs in via NemID and as it is a very expensive solution for both us and Healthcare professionals, we've had to include it in our existing Premium subscription.

We expect the homepage to be up and running soon and I apologise again for the inconvenience.

Kind regards
Beate

Charging the citizens for safekeeping their rights should be Illegal

The system is impressive, and not in a good way.

When changing of doctor, Cure4you was the only platform I could use in order to get in contact with my doctor. I, as a customer, had no choice to opt-out, and I am coerced to be part of a monopolistic idea.

Apart from the foundational concept of this platform (to transfer the handling of medical information to their patients, in a country where we already pay enough for a public healthcare), then the service is simply wrong: How come I cannot get access to the messages I have sent to my doctor, nor the messages he had sent me? What If I am not able to log on their system for a week (which is the amount of time they let me check new messages). Why do I have to pay to consult my doctor?

The idea is wrong, probably as much as if we had to pay jail's gatekeepers to not let prisoners out! I do not see any added value on the infrastructure with respect to our databases (for instance, sundhed.dk is amazing), and I don't want to give the treatment of my private patient information to an external company. This information is sacred, private, and should not be part of any economical negotiation.
