Brought a bed from here. Was supposed to get 3 different boxes box 1, box 2 and box 3. We ended up getting box 1 and box 3 twice. Didn’t realise until halfway into building the bed that we are missing an entire box of components. We ended up sleeping on the floor and wasted a lot of time and effort before building a bed that could not be built. We called customer service who said to come into the store. When we got in the store the staff were extremely rude. Not once did anyone say sorry we made a mistake. We wasted petrol going to and from the store as we live 30 minutes away. There was no word of compensation. The staff in the store wanted us to bring the extra box 3 back to the store and then they’d give us box 2. As though it was our mistake when it a was clearly theirs. They had no accountability whatsoever. It’s okay to make mistakes, what matters is how you own up to your mistakes. I went to the back side of the store to where you pick up your packages and there was a sweet lady called Julie who saved the day. I told her what happened and she immediately apologised and made things right. She said we can do what we want with the extra box 3 and gave us box 2 immediately. She is the reason my review is 2 stars and not 1. We weren’t compensated for our time wasted, the petrol wasted or the inconvenience of sleeping on the floor. The staff at the store were absolutely useless and rude and didn’t have an ounce of accountability or sympathy. We will never use the store again.

Quick and fast reply. Fast shipping to Danish address (sadly not possible to ship to UK). Also it’s a shame your customer support team does not return calls from aboard (UK). Calls only accepted to Danish mobile numbers. But luckily the team was brilliantly switched on and helpful.

Everything was good, but the edge on the table was harsh.

It would have been great if it would have been smooth or if fine sandpaper would have been included.

One of the screws broke.

Other than that, we are happy.

We ordered a carpet and on delivery we discovered that it is a wrong one, not what we ordered. We came to the shop and talked with a staff member and she was so efficient and solved the problem. The correct carpet will be delivered and the wrong one taken away.

The delivery guy was rude , refused to park near to the curbe and my husband needed to walk all the furniture ( more than 120kg ) alone by himself. The quality of the MDF is not so satisfying and the company need to have a very serious talk with Tvilum who make and pack the “wood”. I understand that is cheap but even like that we deserve quality.

Wardrobe is of the poorest quality ever and instructions are not adequate for people who don’t assemble furniture as a job as the drawings of the screws and all the relevant details are too small or imprecise.
There was a pice missing so I am not able to use a drawer as I can’t assemble the rail in the wardrobe.
The handles broke already as they can’t be fit firmly, therefore we had to glue them.
Customer service wasn’t really helpful .

I cannot recommend it. First and last time for me.

The delivery was nice and early good on time nice guys that delivered very sweet five star no problems at all happy with my product. Will definitely be coming back back again again.

I bought a sofa there and ask for home delivery and ask the employee if I can have the delivery on certain time he said yes you need to pay this amount I paid and wait for the delivery at the time we agree but they came 3 hours before so I couldn't receive them
Contact the customer service that answered we can't help you you need to pay again if you Want delivery ignoring that it was not my fault
I hope they will take responsibility for their staff faults on the future

Iam not trying to affect your ratings but it’s really frustrating that You are not taking responsibility for your staff mistakes
I asked your employee about the delivery and I assumed that he knows what he is saying customer needs to be able to trust the staff otherwise why they are there
