Delivery was quick and product was good quality .happy with purchase

Great products, packed really well. Good instructions that were easy to follow.

What is a bit of a off put is the freight cost, the difference between just freight meaning that I as a customer have to unload the pergola from the lorry or buying the full service meaning transported and unloaded is ridiculous.

I could rapidly identify the spareparts I needed. It was easy to order them and they were rapidly delivered.

A very easy process ordering from the company. I was informed every step of the way re the order. It arrived when they said it would, well packed and installation was easy.
It looks amazing, very high quality. I’m delighted with it.

We purchased a Dancover 10 × 5 m marquee, model ST18356, expecting a durable product that would last for many years.

Unfortunately, after only 2 years and 2 months, the tarpaulin deteriorated and started falling apart, making the tent unusable. For a product of this type and price, we consider such a short lifespan completely unacceptable.

We submitted a complaint to Dancover and provided the necessary information, but after the initial contact, we stopped receiving any response. Our complaint remains unresolved, and nobody seems willing to provide us with a clear answer or solution.

The combination of a tarpaulin that failed after just over two years and the lack of communication regarding our complaint has been extremely disappointing.

Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Dancover, either for the durability of this product or for their after-sales customer service.

After our marquee was damaged by very strong winds, we required 6 new poles. After contacting Dancover,we were directed to the spares area of the website. We ordered what we required and thankfully the parts arrived promptly. Great service

Dancover is good and easy to deal with except for their use of UPS as delivery company. UPS is useless in every sense.

Decent shelter. Took me a while to get around to putting it together when I discovered bent poles. They replaced them but it’s a bit of a phaf to fill in forms etc

I contacted Dan covers before ordering a up and over car cover to check if the delivery would be free to the Isle of Wight. They said yes and sent me a link to order at the price they offered.
Wanted a few days then sent a message about when they would send it. Then I get a phone call from them saying they want an extra £300 to ship it, I said about this extra postage and they said they would get back to me.
In the end I phoned them and was told it wouldn't be in stock untill end of October but they offered me one that was only a bit smaller but it would still fit ok. Then an hour later they phoned and said that to send it they want an extra £380 and that wasn't going to happen. They then canceled my order.
So not a very nice shopping experience. And the staff were arrogant and rude.
Also on there website it all looks like they are from the UK but they are from Denmark.

Avoid them, dont shop here! Ordered a ProShed metal garden shed (€320.77). It couldn't be assembled — pre-drilled holes didn't line up with the frame, some missing entirely, buckled roof panel, bent rails, a hole in the roof.

Dancover admitted it in writing, confirming "misalignment between some of the pre-drilled holes and the frame, as well as a damaged profile." So the fault was never in dispute.

They still refused to refund. They insisted I arrange and pay to ship a 32 kg palletised shed back to Denmark — their own order confirmation quotes that at €471, more than the €320.77 refund. Their own terms say "if the claim is justified Dancover will of course cover the freight costs of returned products," but they applied their 14-day change-of-mind policy instead. A shed they admit is defective is not a change of mind.

They also sent a replacement I'd explicitly declined. It never arrived — their carrier's tracking showed no movement for over a month — and they demanded I return that too.

I asked for a prepaid label or a collection. They refused, then stopped replying altogether. The marketing emails kept coming.

I raised a chargeback with my card issuer and won the full €320.77. The faulty shed is still at my house, still available for them to collect. They've never tried.

I purchased the FleXtents PRO 3m overhang after carefully reading the description and viewing the product photographs on Dancover’s website. The item I received does not match what was advertised.

The mounting bracket supplied has the hooks welded in the opposite orientation to those shown in Dancover’s own product images. As a result, it cannot be fitted to my 3x3m FleXtents gazebo as advertised, making it unusable.

I repeatedly contacted Dancover to explain that the product supplied did not match their photographs. Rather than receiving a response addressing the issue, every email simply generated an automated reply directing me to return the item, in its original packaging, at my own expense to Denmark.

This is not a change-of-mind return. I am trying to return a product that I believe is not as described. Despite this, Dancover has made no attempt to address the discrepancy between the advertised product and the item supplied, and instead expects me to pay the international return costs.

I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service. I hope Dancover reviews the accuracy of its product listings and how it handles genuine customer complaints.
