Daysoft Contact Lenses Reviews 

Daysoft lenses are really difficult to but in ur eye, they fall off your finger numerous times, even harder to get out of their capsule, but unfortunately to they aren't as comfortable as other brands I have tried, I ended up taking them out and putting on my glasses, I have contacted daysoft to organise a return and refund but to date I've had no response.

Fast and efficient! Simple to use order process.

Still waiting after ordering on the 24th August!! Very poor... going on holiday this weekend and need them ASAP!!!

I always get a brilliant service from Daysoft! Their lenses are cheaper than most, yet just as good. I used to spend £21 for a pack of 30 lenses (x2 as I have different prescriptions) from Specsavers. Now I can spend no more than £27 for 32 of each prescription AND next-day delivery. I'm so glad I found Daysoft!

When their third-party courier failed to deliver because of multiple factors on their end, I was instructed by them to contact Daysoft. I rang up and spoke to Elizabeth, a very efficient and kind rep who monitored the situation with DPD and assured me that she'd sort a replacement next-day delivery for me

This is the second time I have had to reach out to Daysoft's customer support (both regarding their courier, so not even technically their service) and both times I have been met with understanding and immediate resolution.

These lenses are great value and great to wear.

Please don't get these contact lenses! They don't really work. Before they stick to your lens, they would pop out several times. It take a while before they feel comfortable too. It's really not worth it. You don't get what you pay for, you get less. Never ever again!

As a customer of MANY years with Daysoft, I thought that it was time to go on record as to just how good they are.

I receive email notification of a pending delivery, the lenses are delivered in strong packaging and the cost is excellent.

Overall, I really cannot speak highly enough of Daysoft.

Hoping someone can reply to me, I ahve used Daysoft lenses for many years and LOVED them, I feel like the quality has changed the past few months, they dry up quicker and are not as comfortable, I have always worn these for work then my 6 monthly coloured ones if I go out the coloured other company feel fine but these when used are quite uncomfortable or the right lense just stays blury for a while, any advise have they changed? is there anything different i should be doing?

I have been a loyal customer of this company for over six years, and until recently I had always received excellent service. My contact lenses always arrived on time, which is why I’ve continued ordering from them for so long.

However, around two months ago, my order didn’t arrive until eight days after it was dispatched. To their credit, the company sent me a replacement order with next-day delivery at no extra cost, and when the original order eventually arrived, they allowed me to keep it. I appreciated how they handled the situation.

Unfortunately, the exact same thing has happened again. This time, when I contacted customer services, I was told they could send a replacement, but I would have to wait another three days for it to arrive. I explained that I rely on my contact lenses every day and asked if they could please send the replacement by next-day delivery instead. I even offered to pay the extra cost myself, but they refused. Instead, I was simply offered a refund.

After being a loyal customer for more than six years, I find this incredibly disappointing. It’s not just about the delayed delivery—it’s about how little flexibility or appreciation was shown towards a long-standing customer. I expected much better customer service based on my previous experiences.

Sadly, this experience has changed my opinion of the company, and I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Can not fault there service, they are so friendly and happy to help. The quaily of service is outstanding.

Well, Ive changed my Tune!
When I first tried Daysoft, I found them uncomfortable and difficult to handle and I gave them a bad review. Daysoft were kind enough to send me some more and being unwilling to waste them, I persevered with them, alternating them with the silicon hydrogel lenses from my optician. After a while, my eyes got used to the sensation of wearing thicker lenses and noticed that my Vision is better and more stable with the daysoft than with the other others. Being stiffer, they are a bit more difficult to keep on the fingertip and I find that an eyedrop in the eye first helps them to stick to the eye surface, but once you're used to them they perform better, vision is sharper, and my eyes feel less dry, especially in the afternoons.
Whilst I do still use silicon hydrogel lenses occasionally I do prefer the days when I'm wearing daysoft.

Easily as good as well known brands, if not better. Fantastic value and prompt delivery. Can't see it's worth buying anything else.

First started wearing Daysoft lenses about 10 years ago i found them ok to put in and take out, after wearing a different brand of lenses for several years i decided to purchase Daysoft again....
putting them was ok but had a issue removing them, after several minutes i could not remove them, eventually after effort one came out but the other one would not budge which caused a bit of panic after using copious eye drops it came after pushing and pulling, i returned the lenses and reported this to them they obviously dont give a flying .... Are their lenses made of GRP ?
