Good quality, value for price and shipping speed overall. My cat loves his new tower.

I ordered a cat tree on the 18th of June which cost me £300 all in, I had no communication whatsoever after numerous emails and messages. I had to dispute it with my bank to get my money back, would not reccomend to anyone

Fraudster, thief. I paid more than €300 for a cat tree since 3 June, till now there is still not news about my item. Sent a lot of mails and messages even calls. I haven't received any response from customer service.

The best money I have ever spent! I ordered this cat tree for my Maine Coon a year ago, and he has been using it every single day ever since. He absolutely loves it!

The tree is incredibly sturdy and durable. It doesn’t wobble, tip over or feel unstable because of his weight, even when he jumps onto it at full speed. Despite being scratched and used every day for an entire year, it still looks almost brand new and shows very little wear and tear.

If you have a Maine Coon or any other large cat, I highly recommend this cat tree. It’s definitely one of the best purchases I’ve made for my cat! ❤️

Products that are of really good quality and are true to description. Smooth delivery.

I have placed an order 2 weeks ago. They took my money but failed to tell be they have filed for bankruptcy!. I want my money back as I spent a LOT! I have been trying to contact them but no one gets back to me and I have yet to get my money back.

Do not order from this site.

I placed an order on 13 June 2026, and their website stated that the product would be shipped the next day. Nothing has ever been shipped.

I contacted them four times by email and called them more than 10 times, but nobody answered the phone or replied to my emails.

After trying to leave this review, I could see that many other customers have been experiencing exactly the same issue over the past couple of weeks. It appears that the company may be in serious financial trouble.

The fact that they are still accepting new orders and taking customers' money without shipping the products is unacceptable and highly unethical.

Stay away from this company.

I already own 4 RHR Cat trees and the quality is great. I never had any issues from order to delivery with these.
However, my latest order placed on 4th June, ORDUK14132 payment was taken immediately, and confirmation was sent within a minute which stated "Confirmed
We're preparing these items for shipping.
4 Jun"
Since then, I have had NO communication.
I sent emails requesting updates on the 11th Jun and
again on the 17th Jun - no responses.
I filled in a request for update through the RHR Website on the 18th Jun - again no response!
I have phoned the number provided in the Netherlands, 4 times which only goes onto voicemail.

RHR products are not cheap, but I appreciate the quality, hence the latest order.

I have a right to receive the product that I paid for.
If RHR cannot provide the product I ordered, then most certainly a REFUND IS DUE!!!

Trust that somebody from RHR reads these reviews and set the record straight by responding!

I placed an order 10 days ago (Order #ORD43952), and I have not received any updates regarding its shipment.

I have also not received any tracking information through the Shop app, where I would normally be able to see the status of my order.

I ordered a cat tower on 10th June 2026. I received confirmation but have had not had a single update since. I paid for premium delivery and have emailed their support email four times over the past two weeks with not a single response. I have also called the phone number and left messages with no response. This was not a cheep product and I now feel as if my money is gone and I’m never going to get it. It is very upsetting.

Orders are accepted but not shipped and no reply on emails.

- RHR Concepts (the parent company operating rhrpets.com) has been declared bankrupt as of June 2026.

I ordered a tree from here because of the quick shipping times as my previous cat tree was on its way out. After buying, the tree is now out of stock on the website. It's been over a week and my order hasn't been despatched. I'm therefore concerned that I've been put on back-order and have not been advised.
I've tried emailing, filling in the web form and commenting on Facebook but have not had a single response.
My existing cat tree is now a danger to my two Maine Coons, as it can no longer hold their weight. I'm now £400 down and am going to have to order another tree elsewhere since I've had no response from RHR to merely confirm or deny if my order is due to be shipped.

I had a great experience. I ordered three cat trees, three cat carriers, three slow-feeding bowls, and litter matts for my Maine Coon, all with delivery to Poland.
Every product arrived within just a few days, was well packed, and reached me in perfect condition. The quality of all items exceeded my expectations. The cat trees are sturdy and well made, the carriers are practical and durable, and the slow-feeding bowls and litter mats work exactly as intended.

I am extremely impressed with the quality of the Corner Coon model. It’s an absolute beast, weighing 55kg, and it doesn't move a millimeter when my 6kg cat jumps on it. The 12cm thick sisal posts are very solid and look like they will last for years. The plush is thick and soft, and the overall construction is premium. Shipping to Denmark was fast and the assembly was straightforward. If you have large cats, don't waste money on cheap trees—this is the real deal! Highly recommended!"

I ordered a Crabtree for large cats. Its very sturdy and easy to assemble. Cat loves it.

Was a bit hesitant at first seeing the prices as it felt expensive compared to other products online. But man, these things are sturdy as hell, you could probably get an actual tiger instead of a cat and these badboy towers would support it.

Just received my cat tree which is stunning in reality and so big! But sadly cannot give 5☆ as it's a little wobbly. For the price paid, i have expected this to be fully solid. Overall good experience.

This company are brilliant....we have ordered there large cat tree in teddy black ....let me just say how good quality these products are compared to others on the market....you pay for quality and that's what you get ..5 stars from is and we will be purchasing again very soon
