I bought a computer last month. I had a small issue with it, but the customer service was excellent. They listened carefully and we quickly found a solution. Thank you so much! I highly recommend them.

I live in Belgium and to be honest, I was hesitant in the beginning. Exact product costs almost 600 euro more here (which I just spent 2100Euro). Product was delivered on time and all the changes that I asked for was done nicely. I would like to say that 2 things has impressed me:
1. Packaging was slick, like they have done everything to protect the product that may caused during the transportation.
2. They replied the emails and messages very quickly (like in few hours), which gave me the idea that they really pay attention both the customer service/satisfaction and price-efficieny of their products.

I would definetly prefer them for my future purchases.

No damage. Already pre-configured with the correct voltage important for this chipset.

I had a very good experience with Dragon Computers! I recently purchased a Gaming PC from them. The price was very good considering the components, even better than self-built ones, and it works like a charm. Another important aspect is their great service. The delivery was scheduled during a week when I was away from home, so I requested them to keep it on hold until I returned. They did just that and once I requested them to send over the PC, they immediately obliged and I received it the very next day. They were very careful with the packaging, especially with the video card, which they packaged separately. Of course, I had to install it myself, but they have a dedicated video on Youtube with very clear instructions, which they shared with me. The assembly was a piece of cake. All the necessary drivers were installed and functional. I certainly recommend Dragon Computers! It's clear that they are very passionate about their jobs and computers.

I complained about their customer service before, but that was a mistake on my part. Their communication went to Junk, therefore i couldn't locate it.

First, The gaming PC i got from dragon computers works like a charm. Supprisignly, for an already built computer, the price is beyond reasonable given that it is even cheaper than a self-built ones.

The delivery was very quick and smooth, quicker than expected. I was very happy with the packaging, and rather amazed with how it was carefully kept sealed. I received all the packages of all components, even the CPU Fan was kept for me in the box (another surprise.)

I would go for their computers any day again in the future, Spot on from all angles.

Also, very friendly customer service and serviable.

I order a i914900KF CPU with 4090 GPU. They build it with good line manage. Also, because the black case is out of stock, they switch to a lianli case with 4090 Aero white without extra charge. I definitely recommand you to buy a computer from here :)

Great Service ordered higher spec PC with 4080 GPU and I7 13700KF 2TB SSD 32 GB DDR, Ordered in mid- April and picked it up the following week, Everything is working super so far, I first ordered from this site back in 2018 so no complaints for me

Ordered a PC with a RTX 3090 + i9 12900KF last week. The packaging was superb, I was very pleased to see they secured the box against potential poor courier handling (which is very common) so that the order arrives without any damage, a sign of experience on their part.

The box itself contained the pre-assembled PC and all the relevant boxes of the parts used, the GPU was sent in its box to avoid damage during transfer due to its massive size (another good choice on their part). I did a visual inspection of all the parts as well as run extensive benchmarking software to stress test the PC to be absolutely sure everything run like it should.

Overal buying from them was a very positive experience for me and I'll definitely consider them for my PC needs in the future.
