Don’t bother ordering sofas they take your money they confirm the order then the day before delivery they send a text cancelling. That’s with us double checking by phone that they definately have the sofa in stock.
Happened twice now no phone call no apology shocking! If I could give them no stars I would.

I ordered a cream throw from Dunelm,I have bought throws from them before and I've been pleased with them.This time I ordered a cream throw and when I opened the parcel there was what looked like 2 big black footprints on it ,looks like someone has wiped their feet on it, not what I expected from Dunelm. I won't be buying from them again

I have used Dunelm on quite a few occasions online and I have always been pleased with their products and service. If I have any issues with a courier not delivering it is always sorted out quickly and efficiently.

Delivery was quick, the cabinet is excellent, for the money cannot complain, and I can lock it to keep the little ones from rummaging through my model supplies so all is safe. 10/10

Assembly instructions easy to follow, would recommend read through all of instruction book before you start.

Was looking for new bedding at the Carlisle store well it can be a mind field so Deb the assistant was awesome so helpful found all we needed thank you 👍😎

Shoutout to Adam from the rug department at the capitol centre preston store. He started helping us before he’d even properly started or put his stuff down. He was very friendly and a massive help in getting us the rug we wanted. Great customer service.

Just had to leave a review following a really pleasant shopping experience at Dunelm in Bedford.

I was searching for some toggle sheets and, after finding it rather frustrating, I asked Russell for some help.

Despite being busy, he took the time to search online for me and explained that the items I was looking for were only available to order online. He then went one step further and offered to order them for me there and then, taking the time to check exactly which size and colours I wanted.

You might think this is simply what you should expect from good customer service, but it was the way Russell dealt with me that really made the difference; he was patient, friendly, helpful and extremely professional throughout.

It was such a refreshing experience and I really appreciated the time and effort he took to help me.

There should be many more Russell's working in our retail stores!

Almost faultless Web purchasing experience. Found what I needed quickly and at a good price. Simple ordering, payment and delivery options followed. The mattress cover arrived quickly by post and fitted perfectly. To be picky, the only 'fly in the ointment' was that, on arrival and rather oddly, there was no indication/confirmation of the protector size on the packaging or in the package. I had to phone my local store in order to quote the bar code to confirm it was for a double bed! Other than that, all was good with this purchase. Hence, the 4 rather than 5 stars!

Straight forward easy ordering process and goods ordered arrived when I was told they would. the quality for the price was excellent.

What a cheek ! . asking how you did on my last order !
I ordered two wallpapers ,on offer ,after being directly emailed the reduced price items .
One design was cancelled and a part refund received . Then two days later the second one was cancelled also . Refund of item and delivery has been received . No wall papers tho and I was really looking forward to using them creatively . Disappointed

The curtain pole I ordered for click and collect has not arrived. Now 4 days late.

I can't remember ever being disappointed with Dunelm.
Bought a chair a lamp and wicker draws to have a cosy corner in my bedroom and it's top.
Quality. Affordable

It has been close to two weeks, and despite contacting customer services multiple times, I have not received an update on my order - let alone actually receiving the chairs.
You would think that being a large retailer with multiple locations throughout the country that they would be more keen in protecting their image, however they seem more than happy to behave the same as a scammer: took my money and ran.
Beyond disappointed.

Paid for delivery, article has not arrived by the delivery date, went on Dunelm and delivery company websites, given two different tracking information, tried to speak with a human number 58 in the queue, will not buy from Dunelm again, problem solved.

Easy app to use online. Absolutely love my gold roller blind it goes really well in my newly painted kitchen. Thank you

Unacceptable Attitude of Customer Service Staff.
Writing a review for my wife and daughters. Today they went to Dunelm at the Capitol Centre, Walton Le Dale, Preston. Very happy when they left for their shopping trip but all furious and disgusted at the really abrasive, offhand and unhelpful attitude shown by ‘sales staff’ (do they manage to sell anything?). Some staff complained about being ‘short of people’ which is probably understandable as who would want to work with obnoxious staff like that? They went on to spend around £150 in store in-spite of the miserable shop workers.
I think they need to take a long hard look at themselves and ask why people shop on line? Personally I would have walked out without buying anything and then bought the things online.
