Extremely poor
Extremely poor! Advertised a guitar case that should fit a specific guitar, so I ordered it. Doesn't fit, not even close, much too tight and you can't close the lid, So, I want to return. Oh, that's NOT easy!!! They make it very difficult; you have to fill out a long form with bank details, etc - I paid by credit card but that's not offered as an option for a refund. It's also not clear that they will pay for return postage...Everyone else does, especially when the item is NOT AS ADVERTISED!!! So, I have not gotten a code or anything else. Looks like I have to pay to return a faulty item. I will only order from Thomann or Amazon from now on. They respect their customers and make returns simple. Not these people in Cologne...
