Didnt get the product shown in the pictures, contacted customer service but never got an answer…First bad experience with them…shipping is fast and inventory is great… but product pictures should be correct and getting back to the customer a must!

DHL didn't deliver my order properly and returned back to knivesandtools, but knivesandtools worked with me to get it shipped out again and sent it 24hr delivery to get the package to me just before I went away to use what I ordered! Really good customer service.

The product came last week. Perfect delivery and top product.
I added one star more as the service provided in super but the timeline in general is unacceptable. If a supplyer is unable to deliver the product should be dropped on the homepage.
I will shop at knivesandtools again bou only buy goods that are in stock.

My retailer of choice when it comes to buying knives and knife-related products here in Germany. Great selection of products, very competitive prices, fast delivery, good customer service. Definitely a recommendation if you are looking for any kind of knife. And if you are not from Germany, they have a bunch of other websites for different countries.

What I was trying to find elsewhere I have now found here, in a wider range of products and at a reasonable prices.
