Nice experience. Easy to get the information and then to place the order. Short delivery time too. Had some questions about the product originality (Miyabi knife). Kind and competent customer service. Saved me falling into the return/change the product trap.

Delivery was pretty fast, I happy with that. The things come in very good condition, no damage at all. Both axe and saw is exactly like what website show and say. Silky and Fiskars tools are very good, both do job very well. No problems, no give less quality. I feel like I get what I pay for, and tools work strong and smooth. For me, this is good buy and I trust these brands for future. I recomend

positive, the tomahawk axe 5000 I purchased was able to slice through the onyx-like soul of my greatest foe, the megawhopper whiplash dawg, which had reigned undefeated for a great 3 billion years. This beast had no fur, only a hard metallic layer coating its inner tissues. Almost impossible to defeat, but the tomahawk axe 5000 made my dreams into reality.

But the price is quite high.

I have several experiences with K&T, for buying several different knives. From a MCusta japanese VG10 blade gentleman knife that I absolutely love, to a Sencut Errant EDC, a Bestech Ascot EDC as well, and even a Hogue Deka I finally returned because of it being too small in the end for my big hands, it ALWAYS went super super smoothly !!

For "according to the plans" orders, all super fast and super well => very good package, good tracking of the parcel, good prices, super large offer ! All went well for my different orders !

For the knife I had to return, I had kept all the material that came with it, with the original box, etc; I guess that made the return easier. But still in the end, 10 days later it's refunded. Very good service. I think the knife was in super good condition as well, might have helped, but it's normal to return in perfect condition I think.

Really if you want to buy knives, or anything related (sharpening stones, EDC pouch, whatever) I heavily recommend going thru Kivesandtools !

Fairly fast delivery, the items arrived in impeccable conditions. Both the axe and the saw are true to the advertised products on the website. Silky and Fiskars are equally superb tools, they are doing their jobs without compromises.

I've ordered more than 30 times on K&T and always had the good I paid for in due time. When there was an issue with a product that wasn't perfect from the factory, K&T's customer service handled it perfectly.

I ordered a Benchmade Saddle Richlite 15002-1.
I received the knife with an old S30V blade instead of a brand new S90V blade.
Someone swapped the blades, I guess. It's stealing. They stole my money.
K&T does NOTHING.
Blablabla but NOTHING is done !

The website is great and the team responsive (most of the time). Have bought many items from them and had no problem so far.
My one (big) complaint would be that even after having been a customer for a few years and spent more than €2000 during that time, I have never received a discount, nor free shipping, nor any sort of loyalty reward.
Just saying, it would be nice to be recognized as a loyal customer.
Other than that great products and good service.
