I came across Ella James while trawling the internet for a very specific item for my windowsill — and I’m so glad I did!
Ordering was easy, communication was great, and I managed to get the items I wanted in the sale at an amazing price. Everything arrived well packaged and within a good delivery time.
And the items themselves? Fabulous! I’m absolutely delighted with them.

Vile company to deal with
The company failed to provide the care instruction.Under UK consumer rights, you may also be entitled to a return if the absence of these instructions makes the item unfit for purpose. Customer service made it as difficult as possible for me to return it and get a refund. I will never buy from these people ever again. I was treated very badly.

Extremely difficult customer to deal with. The customer appears to leave a high number of 1-star reviews across multiple companies. A return label was provided free of charge and a full refund was processed, so I’m unsure why an additional negative review has been left.
