I purchased three Adidas firebirds jackets and I couldn’t be happier with them, they look great and the quality is excellent. But what impressed me just as much was the whole shopping experience.
My order arrived incredibly quickly, well ahead of the estimated delivery time. On top of that, the customer service was outstanding: incredibly fast, efficient, helpful and genuinely friendly.

The delivery was swift. I could not complain more. I guess the problem that I have is with the shoes/product itself. It hurts my feet when i walk. The material is quite tough or sharp that it causes pain on the phalanges of big toe when i walk.

Puma Deviate Nitro 4 X End
Jay met me when I entered the store and took me to the training shoe I was after as it wasn't obvious in the shop. I purchased the Puma Deviate Nitro 4 x END shoe that I had seen online. Jay went and got my size and returned promptly,he then explained the various lacing options that came with the shoe, he clearly has a passion for retail and trainers like myself and was a joy to deal with, a real credit to the Newcastle branch. Hopefully when I visit Newcastle again I will pop in and see what's new in store and hopefully see Jay again. The store was clean and tidy and had a fantastic range of outfits and shoes, I was dealt with promptly and professionally and had a great store experience. Well done END Newcastle. 👏

Very unhappy with this store
Really not happy with this store. Bought a skims dress, wore it once, washed it, as per the instructions on the label. And the material has gone all weird and I now can’t wear it again. What I mean by this is there are little bally bits of the material all over the dress. I contacted customer service almost two weeks ago and there has been no response. I really liked the dress and now can’t wear it again.
