Really, really good experience at A&Til with Martin G.L.
I have been a member of A&Til (FTF-A) for about 12 years and most of my meetings were with Martin Graugaard Larsen. Whether I was on unemployment benefits or just needed advice with changing jobs, feedback on CV each and every time he was extremely helpful, kind, patient and you could see he really wanted to help and find solutions. For as long he’s working at A&Til, I’ll also be a customer there. Can’t recommend it enough!

I have the best experience with the…
I have the best experience with the A&Til a-kasse, from the first day I have been they member and now couple of years latter I'm still their member and I plan to stay with them, they have always been helpful, really nice to talk to and very professional, people think that the more expensive a-kasse are better but believe me this people have been number one for me, and I have a lot of other friends their are members of other a-kasse insurance and I know often they have a problem with them, I always recommend A&til, for your service and needs. Highly recomended

Insurance That Disappears When It Matters Most
The whole point of having insurance is knowing they will be there when you truly need them. That is where you see the real quality of a company.
I have been a member for six years. During that time, I never missed a payment, never had delays, and never made a claim.
However, when I changed banks, I forgot to transfer my automatic payment to the new account. After six years of consistent payments, one missed payment led to my membership being cancelled.
The company claims they tried to contact me by phone, email, and e-Boks. I carefully checked my call history and emails — there is no record of any contact, and they have not been able to provide proof. The only notification I received was a message on their internal website and a physical letter ( who checks those? dont think people logs in their website " just because" maybe they wanted me to miss the message, we will never know).
When I finally needed their understanding and flexibility, they refused to make any exception or help me continue my membership, despite my long and clean payment history. I was simply placed back in a queue, as if six years of loyalty meant nothing.
An insurance company should provide security and support — not just follow rules strictly when it benefits them. Until now, I never needed them. When I finally did, they were not there.
If you are choosing an a-kasse, read reviews carefully. There are other companies in the same price range. Sometimes the cheapest option ends up being the most expensive. I paid for six years and now find myself without coverage. That is not a situation you want to be in.
I would rather pay a little more for a company that values people, not just policies.
UPDATE 24-06-26. i wrote to them as asked, no proofs of them trying to contact me and no chance to support my claim. They are trying to avoid taking responsability for their lack of reliability and support when a loyal customer who always paid on time need them the most. This is exactly what a insurance company exists. AGAIN it might be bit cheap monthly BUT as me you might have lost 6 years of payments to end up starting from the beggining in serious company just for missing a payment by one month. Choosy wisely.

Best A-kasse on the Market—Hands Down!
If anyone says otherwise, they’re either mistaken or likely failed to comply with legal requirements.
I’ve been a member of this A-kasse for seven years, and FTF-A has consistently provided outstanding support. They’ve been super kind, helpful, and quick to answer any questions I’ve had. Even recently, when dealing with a long-standing case related to supplementary benefits (supplerende dagpenge), they went above and beyond—spending extensive time on the phone and putting in the effort to get things sorted. In the end, they ruled in my favor, even though the mistake was my employer’s.
Honestly, they’re just a hardworking, supportive team that genuinely cares about their members. Couldn’t recommend them more!
