I did struggle a bit because of challenges I experienced with the bank. I also believe charging extra for a voucher is a bit too harsh; other than that, I'm very happy with the process.

Terrible range of products, no options to convert to other vouchers that can actually be spent on lower priced high street goods or online. Basically looks like a way to extract more money from voucher holders by getting you to buy a high priced "experience". Will not use again and my voucher will sit unclaimed
