I bought a pull up bar the package…
I bought a pull up bar the package arrived fast but when i got i one of the bar supporter that need to go into the wall was fully bend so i couldn’t get it in, then i got another one of the bar supporters and that wasn't even the right one it was much smaller and didn’t fit at all, this is some real bs.

Friendly helpful staff
I ordered the complete work out bench with the accompanying weights as a surprise for my son. Unfortunately he felt he didn’t need the items as he prefers working out with his friends in a gym.
The staff in Getbig were extremely helpful at all stages of the process. Returning the items was easy and they refunded the payment without question.
I have only good things to say about this firm and their employees.

I've finally taken time to make a …
I've finally taken me the time to do a review.
So I've bought dumbbells, a yoga mat, dip belt and a weight vest.
So far the most of the items working out really well, except the weight vest. I've used it around 2 times in 1 week and It's already about to break.
I contacted the support, sent pictures of the vest and now I got a new vest on the way, free of charge.
The service & delivery is good & fast.
I'd like to see a comment section on the website for each product, so you can do a review/ read other peoples experiences with the products(I'm using the Danish website).

Furthermore, trustiplot is for reviewiewing how trustworthy a company is and not a review for single products. I really find it is hard to give 2 stars (almost the same you would give if you have been scammed, or waited a long time for your products).
Perfect service
I had a really good experience with Getbig.dk. i ordered 2 weight plates of which each 5kg. the second day, the package arrived empty, and that was because the plates fall of the package somewhere during transport. i contacted the company and they directly sent me new ones despite that it was probably the mistake of the company that transported the plates, and not their mistake. this is a great service as they care about keeping the customers happy and satisfied.
the products arrived in a good status and i am very happy using them :-)

Fast delivery, but pretty smashed delivery box and lazy delivery provider. It all shines back to the seller, which is the reason for 4 out of 5 stars.

I am sorry for the inconvenience with the freight company. However, I feel it's a little hard to blame it on us. We have absolutely no control over the freight company which is one of the biggest on the Danish market for these kind of products. We will of course look into the matter if it happens often.
