Great customer service …
I originally ordered a pair of Ecco golf shoes, reduced in the sale, didn’t wear them for a while as it was winter, after a few months of wear during the summer season they split and were outside the 12 months guarantee, got in touch with the team at Golf Support who in turn contacted Ecco and between them they agreed to replace for the original value. I now have a pair of Puma Ignite golf shoes and they are super comfortable, haven’t worn them in the wet, but so far so good. Excellent customer service by the team at Golf Support!

Wrong size ordered
Wrong size ordered. Contacted for returns, no issues.
Paid for signed and tracked through Royal Mail. I have GPS coordinates, a signature and a picture of my parcel in their warehouse.
Over 10 days and they are stating they can't find my parcel and won't refund until they have.
Ghosted on emails and phone now. Will, I see you brother. I know you see me too.

Poor customer service
Delivery was quick, however one of the two items I ordered was shipped in the wrong size. I immediately contacted them and explained that I needed it for a golf holiday, but it took multiple phone calls and emails before 4 days later they told me that they didn't have my size! Mistakes happen, but the customer service response was poor

Terrible….…
Ordered two items which eventually I received after 16 days. This was after I chased 3 times. Even had a member of staff go down to the warehouse to make sure it got posted. After waiting a couple of days I rang back and lo and behold, it was still there. This was a birthday present and even the promise of a sleeve of golf balls as an apology didn’t happen. I do wonder if I hadn’t phoned up whether I would have the items by now.
